| To whom it may concern, the Senate Commerce Committee is scheduled to continue to meet between Senate sessions, on a diminished schedule that will accommodate the travel of Senators to and from their homeworlds and Imperial Center. The Committee will convene four meetings during the break with a minimum quorum, and will discuss and hear testimony on the Empire's policies respecting interstellar piracy and study significant trade-related laws passed in the previous Senate session so that a package of amendments can be recommended, if necessary, at the start of the upcoming session.
These meetings will be open to the public, as always, though they will not take place in their ordinary chambers. Meetings will be held in Meeting Room A3000291.
