Good things come to those who wait. Congratulations on your formal appointment as Governor-General of the Red Twins System. News of your appointment has been disseminated to all relevant authorities in the system—you are now at liberty to levy Imperial taxes and raise what forces you require to police the system. I've arranged the 3,001st Stormtrooper Battalion to be stationed on Acherin under your command to assist in your rule.
The Imperial Ruling Council expects, in return, that you'll make the Red Twins System more economically viable for us. Acherin's tribute to Imperial Center has been re-assessed—the system as a whole shall now pay a tribute of 20% of its combined GPP. You are responsible for increasing the productivity of the system; use any and all methods you deem necessary to do so. We're confident that you won't disappoint.
