To Whom it May Concern,

While I am unsure if the Empire has been following leads on a number of most wanted, I have it on good authority from a failed assassination attempt that a certain Separatist, Valin Rall by name, is still alive. Unfortunately, I was unable to procure further information from the killer before she perished. I simply wish to bring this to the proper authorities so that they might become aware that this dangerous man is still a threat to our galaxy.

Frankly, no one is a good authority to me unless they give me actionable information. Merely telling me you think he's alive because of something you heard, is akin to countless millions of beggars who come to me with similar drivel in an attempt to illicit some kind of reward from me. Now, do you have anything else you can bring to light, or shall I categorize this under the same file I keep things such as Nute Gunray roaming Hutt Space, a Jedi protecting Tatooine and, the truly greatest gem, Lord Vader really being Anakin Skywalker?

If I had information on his actual location, I would have told you. If you have any idea of who I am, you should know I don't need any form of reward. I'm simply being a loyal citizen and reporting what was told to me. Unfortunately, the only information I received was that Valin Rall is indeed alive and that his base is mobile. Beyond that, I'm afraid I can't offer anything more.

Mr. Stark, while Agent Storm was more direct with you than I'd have preferred, his point remains. Even if your information isn't actionable, we need to know how you came by it. Who is this "killer" who told you this? Is this person credible? And so on. "A good authority" is not specific enough for us to re-open Valin Rall's file. If Rall is alive, his capture would be a top priority for us, so it's important that you provide us with all the details you can, Mr. Stark.

Thank you for your time. The assailant was one Cassia Darcy, formerly in the employ of Valin Rall and born on Naboo. She stated that she ran missions for him of an undisclosed nature. She also stated he had a mobile base and he was keeping on the move. I don't see why she had any specific reason to lie about this matter.
