I would like to request that you consider allowing a detachment from the Alsakan Journalistic Corps to establish itself in the Temple of Communication on Monor II. Alsakan is willing to offer to guarantee your sovereignty on the condition that you agree to continue exportation of Cirrifog along the currently agreed terms, in order to safeguard your exports we will offer shipping space for it aboard our Merchant Marine at cost.
We will guarantee the continuance of supplies to Monor II in defiance of any sanctions from Druckenwell, in addition to supplying free educational supplies to your people in order that they become able to progress forward into the bright light of knowledge.
In addition, we express interest in purchasing the patent from you for "Synthetic Cirrifog" (lot number whatever) in order that it be held in hands better to defend it, we would make a purchase of the parent for two years, after which it would be returned to yourselves, we guarantee production of any Synthetic Cirrifog would be done on Monor II (by Sunesi and employing local employees) and in line with your cultural and religious traditions. We would also like to offer places at the University of Alsakan to 100 of your best and brightest students to study science and the arts so that they may return to Monor II and enrich your culture, as part of this program we would involve Sunesi in ongoing research projects regarding synthesis of Cirrifog and would guarantee yourself ownership of all patents for products created - in exchange for a 25% share in any relevant profits.
In addition, we would like to purchase any remaining rights for exploitation of Monor II's Cirrifog that are presently available, in order that we might better secure them from predatory capitalistic influences elsewhere in the region.
We would be willing to engage in reciprocal exchanges to and from Monor II for all branches of Government so that we might share the progress which the human led core has wrought.
In the event that Druckenwell attempts to abuse the relationship that exists between you and it as neighbors we offer ourselves as arbitrators and ultimately guarantors of the sovereignty of both worlds and the Peace in the Doldur Sector.
We hesitate to restate it, but wish to make it emphatic that in exchange for Alsakan Aid to your world you will be required to:
- Maintain Cirrifog production at the agreed level it is presently at (or any level agreed mutually by the Empire and Monor II)
- Undertake to respect the secular rights of Alsakan Citizens and other Visitors from the Empire.
- Undertake to continue the Secularization of the State on Monor II.
- Undertake to obey all laws of the Galactic Empire.

Has read your communication and expresses his wish that Alsakan takes Monor II in it's warm embrace and assents to the terms mentioned.
Pending contract and treaty, and an undertaking that Alsakan will never place assets in Monorian space without the explicit permission of the Priest Prince of Monor II.
He also expresses deep regret that the relationship with Druckenwell, which had the potential to become so profitable for both our people became mired in the Druckenwellian lust for credits and to exploit our resources.
His Holiness expresses his belief that the Benevolent Emperor, as an incarnation of reason and rationality, would never stoop to anything so base, and expresses his willingness to continue to share the bounty of our world for our mutual benefit, so the Emperor of the Galaxy and the ruler of Monor II may ever be brothers and companions as we were throughout the long strife of the Clone Wars, through which Monor II was continually willing to expand it's quota of Cirrifog in order to further the war effort of the Galactic State.
The man known as Lomen Ryuun, servant of a world that was long a supporter of the insidious and destructive force that wrought chaos and misery across the Galaxy to man and alien alike has (we believe) turned away from the path of grace to seek only his worlds interests, even at the cost of the values which he stands for.
In recognition of the Emperor's benevolence and as a show of loyalty to the Empire, Monor II henceforth and hereby adopts the Imperial Flag as a Standard of the MAKER, that it might ever fly above Monor II and remind it's citizens of their continued bond of friendship and loyalty to the Republic and it's successor, the Empire, our shared past and let us hope, shared future.
