His Ferociousness Tssk of Trandosha bids you warm and fraternal greetings as a loyal citizen of His Imperial Majesty's Galactic Empire. It is Tssk's will that I inform you that he has succeeded Mrash as War Chief of the Trandoshans after challenging him to a ritual duel as a result of a social faux pas by Mrash.
Tssk wishes me to inform you that he believes the Trandoshan Race, as natural warriors and hunters, are ill suited to the political rough and tumble of the Galactic Capital (as evidenced by the stunningly awful performance of his predecessor Mrash). As such he wishes to retain my firm and specifically as Liaison Representative, Ambassador and Public Relations Manager, as these are matters which fall within your domain, Tssk and myself both seek your approval and consent to this arrangement.
It is the hope of His Ferociousness that it might be possible to arrange details of Imperial Patrols due in the Mytaranor sector being transferred, naturally so the Trandoshan Clan Forces may cooperate to assure a uniform level of cover for the system, and not (despite what Kashyyyki rumours might have you believe) to allow Unregistered Slavers to pass into the domain of the Wookiees.
The incoming Government offers its assurances that it will see to it that the traditional Trandoshan Professions of Mercenary work, Slaving and Bounty Hunting will be done strictly in line with the laws and ordinances of the Galactic Empire and appropriate taxes will be rendered on all transactions. The Trandoshan people wish to formally offer their military resources to the Galactic Empire at this time, or at any future date should hardy scaled warriors be a useful asset to His Imperial Majesty.
There are certain historic injustices which Tssk is seen to redress against the prominently and repeatedly disloyal Wookiees. With them proving unwilling to make concessions to us regarding territory seized from our people, would the Imperial Ruling Council consider acting as an Arbitrator in the disputes or at the least allow the Trandoshans freedom to use force against the Wookiees should the Trandoshan Government find that the only suitable conflict-resolution mechanism is a military strike against the contested Moons in the Kashyyyk System, discovered and initially settled by Trandoshans, but now foully polluted by the stench of the Wookiee species.
