If you recall not so long ago, you and I spoke at some small length about revitalizing and re-purposing the Kemix Yard within your sector to the backing of my original legislature. Granted now, that it has been proposed again by Representative Lekpin to include the addition of the Kemix Yard at my behest to him, I could not but help notice that a certain Hubert Ordan of Anaxes offered to fund the changes in question.
Now, while Mr. Ordan is no doubt a good man, I'd not wish him to strain the Anaxian coffers. Instead, I'd like to offer you the full amount of credits myself, at no extra request of any sort in return. Call it a gesture of budding friendship between us, for your belief in my bill. By all means, let me know if you are willing to accept.
