It disturbs me greatly to report a number of attacks against Argazdan people from an apparent Lorrdian slave raid at Amaltanna. Furthermore, and more pressing, a Gozanti cruiser registered to Lorrd and claiming to be a peaceful envoy from House Stark attack Argazda itself recently. Normally, this issue would be dealt with internally, but recovered fragments from the warheads that were intercepted, warheads aimed at two of our major population centers I might add, contained material indicative of biological weaponry, which is quite against any common rules of warfare.
I request an immediate investigation into these matters, Moff Shirnoq, lest I be forced to go higher to the Senate.

| Prime Minister S'nar,
This is a concerning matter, and it certainly bodes investigation. I will see to it, of course, that a proper one is conducted. In the meantime, seeing as how Argazda and Lorrd nearly came to blows, I want there to be no military conflict between your worlds, and I shall caution Lorrd of the same thing. The issues on Slovo were one thing. Now that they are settled, I will not see an interplanetary conflict come into being.
