I was wondering, if, as an Imperial Loyalist of the first degree you would consider co-sponsoring an act with me.
The poor benighted Geonosians live like absolute animals because their social structures were almost completely wiped out during the Clone Wars. The Empire is currently administering Government, but it is expensive for it to continue to do so; both in the lives of the Imperial Military and also Imperial Credits.
Thus I propose granting Anaxes (as a world with the easily projectable force able to do so) Governorship over the Geonosis System for the next five years so that it might use it's expertise to help re-structure the barbaric native society which exists there.
The Geonosians are born into castes, and their intelligence is limited by this bio-engineering (that many insect species have evolved into) but there do seem to be intelligent castes among them (even while the vast bulk of "worker-caste" Geonosians are unable to read) that might prove tractable to improvement. I know your world excels in medicine also, and Anaxes (while it sets out to improve the health and safety standards present) is aware many industrial accidents happen, even to young Geonosians.
Thus I'd like to propose you co-sponsor the act with me and other Senators, and in exchange you'll be granted five years tenure to build up to three Medical schools and three Hospitals anywhere you so-choose on Geonosis, acting as part of a wider multi-planet coalition to bring profit and I hope, pleasure, back into the lives of the locals.

I am confused about something. Why do you feel so passionate in regards to helping the Genosians? The are not of human origins, correct? Last I checked you were known for your extreme passion for human high culture. I admit you have intrigued me with your proposal, but I wonder what is in it for you? What does known speciesest Hubert Ordan get from this deal?
That aside, you know that I would support any bill where any sentient would get the help that they needed, especially medical and education. Can you answer those questions for me, Senator? At that point, I would be happy to discuss your proposition further And work with you towards a common goal.

I believe in High Human Culture, and I do believe that Humans, as the Galactic Majority, are entitled to certain rights and recognition. However, this does not mean that I am blind to a whole world of sentients (and semi-sentients if including the worker-caste) living in squalor and failing to fulfill their role as Imperial Citizens. I believe that the Geonosians may be savage, bestial insects, but I think that I can look past that outer shell and perhaps see some potential within them to be better than they are now (at least the more intelligent classes).
Speciesist Hubert Ordan, the evil monster of many a Liberal journal has to gain nothing personally. As a world my people have to gain the pride and honour in replacing the Imperial Military in running the world for a few years, and hopefully can in the meantime improve the situation so that Geonosian society once more serves to produce for the Galaxy in general.
As with a class of unruly children with me as the schoolmaster; I might detest children in general but still see a spark of potential that is worth nourishing in the hope that they are able to grow into fully formed adults.

Forgive me, please, if I came off as rude. I simply know your views of the galaxy. My immediate concern is for the Geonosians, and their treatment from this point forward.
That in mind, I would be honored to co-sponsor your bill, with the aforementioned stipulations. The Geonosians must be treated with fairness and respect. Is that quite acceptable?
