A Decree
Whosoever practices Vianism, be it publicly or privately, or promotes the practices of Vianism or respects the supposed Vianist "gods," or congregates for any of the aforementioned purposes, shall be subject to imprisonment and deportation or death, regardless of age or infirmity.
No building shall be used for the practice of Vianism; any building constructed for this purpose shall be demolished.
The might of the Provincial Government shall be brought to bear on any Vianist threat to the moral character of the people.
