My name is Jareth Bowe, I am the Lord of the Frezen Province on the Mid Rim planet of Lorrd. I don't expect you to have heard of my world, nor of me, but I entreat you to hear my plea. The Frezen Province is the fastest-growing city-state on Lorrd, and a growing population means growing needs, namely for food. I write to you because yours is an agriworld, a world of abundance, and I seek to buy foodstuffs from your planet so that none of my people need ever go hungry. I'm prepared to pay a kingly sum for regular shipments of foodstuffs, but I also write to you because your passion for the accessibility of medical care is well-known. As I'd not have my people go hungry, neither would I have them fall irreparably ill. The people of Frezen deserve first class medical care, and I wonder if I might seek the advice and assistance of Chandrila's medical professionals and, in particular, those of your organization as we endeavor to built a world-class medcenter?

Actually, I have heard of your world and have visited there recently for the nuptials of Lord Alyn Stark and his beautiful new bride. Though you are correct in stating that I have not heard of the Frezen Province.
That being said, I would happily speak to the Chandrilan council and have shipments made to Lorrd immediately, if necessary.
My involvement in the medical community lies solely in pediatrics. I did have other practitioners advise on the peds medical center project, so I will speak with the board at our next meeting and see what we can do to help. Of course, your medical professionals are welcome to come to Chandrilia for training and such while your facility is being built.

This is a dire hour for my beloved Lorrd. Shipments of food from Chandrila are more appreciated now than ever, and I am prepared to reassure you that these shipments will be unmolested in any potential conflict that occurs on my world, and payment for them will not be delayed. I do, however, ask that any pediatric care experts delay any visit to the Frezen Province they may have in mind. While they are welcome to travel to Frezen and consult with us on our new medcenter, I would suggest that this isn't the time—a war zone is not the place for a charity, its members, or its ships, and I would never endanger your people or the mission of your organization by asking you to involve yourself here at this time.
I do hope that once hostilities have ceased, however, we can resume working together to plan the finest medcenter on Lorrd, and the pride of the Kanz Sector. I can think of no better legacy to leave my people in the aftermath of war than a world-class facility for the care of the wounded.

Of course I have been following the events unfolding at Lorrd closely. I consider Ana and Alyn Stark to be personal friends, and I am concerned for them, as well as all of the people of Lorrd during this incident. I hope that you are staying safe and taking care to not put yourself in any unnecessary danger.
Of course, I will arrange for shipments to be made immediately. Please do not fret about the payment. Chandrila does not have the fleet available to offer support against your attackers, but we can offer aide to your people. I will also make sure that medical professionals and a medical ship are standing by in a nearby system when and if they are needed.
Do not hesitate to contact me at any hour if there is anything else that I can do to help.
