| We've an old Casino in orbit of Gravlex Med lying empty. It was seized from a pro-CIS owner during the war and remains the property of the Empire - we'd be prepared to offer a pretty reasonable rate on a lengthy (say 99 years with options for renewal?) lease.
In need of some renovation I hear, and you'd have to be responsible for maintaining a suitable guard force to ensure order among those who might come and not be exactly acting within the letter of the law.
Either way, the Raioballo Sector welcomes Human business.

| The lease is quite a reasonable option. As you may or may not be aware of, I own several Silver Pendant Casinos within the Cronese Mandate; only recently have their laws altered to allow for gambling and the like. Poor folk what with the oppressive former hand running them. Nonetheless, I felt it necessary to expand my venture beyond Mandate space. Nonetheless, I would like to enter into this lease agreement; it seems quite reasonable to me and I feel it would make a welcome addition to the Raioballo Sector.
