Subject: Stark Defense Conglomerate, Vigilance Technologies & Lorrd Engineering Productions
"Citizens of the Dominion Federation should be advised of the dangerous products that are produced by the Stark Defense Conglomerate, Lorrd Engineering and the lesser known Vigilance Technologies. The Federation Council has deemed these products to be not only dangerous to the citizens of the Dominion Federation, they are also now considered to be illegal. Any and all products of the Stark Defense Conglomerate, Lorrd Engineering, and Vigilance Technologies shall be banned from the space of the Dominion Federation. All owners of any such products are requested to bring them to the nearest Federation Government building for an immediate refunding of their credits or the replacement of the product being returned. We ask that our citizens keep a clear mind and turn in their products immediately for not only their safety, but for the safety of their families and their neighbors."
