If you feel that through my generalized comment I've somehow offended your law enforcement personnel, by all means, think not so! I am an advocate of Imperial justice, safety for all people, law enforcement at its core and well-trained law enforcement and soldiers that might serve the people of their respective worlds. For the slight which you perceive, I would like to offer at my own expense, the erection of a GalacticAid facility upon one of your worlds that can help any injured personnel in time of need, on the planet it is placed upon and offer aid to all worlds within your sphere of influence.
It is a nonprofit organization and I fund it myself, for the betterment of all Imperial citizens and citizens of the galaxy.

While the offer to build a GalacticAid facility is appreciated, it is unneeded, as at this time with three memorial hospitals in the works, and these troubling times, it would be political suicide to allow the construction of a foreign fortress within the Dominion Federation, much less one that is even remotely linked to your name. As in all likely hood the people of the Federation would rather destroy the facility knowing that it is associated with you, rather than letting it remain standing.
Once more, at this point in time we must decline the offer
