Commodore,
This entire situation between the Auril Sector as the planet of Lorrd has brought the spark of creation into the minds of myself and my colleges. Such a spark that you could help nurture and be in the right place to take full advantage of it. However, such nurturing needs time and research subjects. The later of which we at this moment lack. What we are proposing to you is a new type of soldier, one that never needs sleep, never needs to eat, does not fear and shows no regard for their own life. Essentially, in full, a zombie ready to be unleashed upon those who perpetrated great horrors upon your people and blood. All we need from you Commodore is willing subjects, and by willing subjects I mean prisoners. After all, they had their chance to be productive members of society, and now they drain the coffers of your worlds being taken care of in their cells without lifting a finger to show any sign of usefulness. My proposal though will put them into a useful role, be it one in which they'll willingly throw themselves upon explosive ordinance so that your own troops may pass unharmed.

Sorry, I'm not a complete psychopath and will not condemn humans, especially not those of my own blood, to experimental torment like this you speak of.
I am astonished you'd be so bold as to propose this. I assume this is some sort of prank or journalistic farce?
I'm going to give you a piece of advice, if you are researching into such an abominable field; stop. Biological weapons are illegal under planetary law and you're going to end up detained at the pleasure of his Majesty. To do these things to humans would be evil and wrong, I'm not sure if you ever consider your life as a narrative, but I think you should open a beverage, sit down and ask yourself "Am I acting like the protagonist or like a hammed up villain", just do that favour for me.
I do hope this is a prank, because if not you're clearly a very sad disturbed little individual deeply in need of therapy. If you are serious, I urge you to visit a Mental Hospital, I'd be more than happy to donate the cost of treatment as an act of charity to one in such a disturbed place mentally.
