I've been monitoring the overall situation within the Kanz Sector, specifically your world as of late. I believe I may in a position to offer you some aid of a sort in exchange for certain beneficial results that will be helpful. As we know, Lorrd is home to a number of rather wealthy carbon deposits in the deeper deserts, as well as the beautiful and valuable Lorrdian gemstones found and mined on your moon of Lorrd II. In exchange for exchange for exclusivity rights to certain unclaimed deposits of carbon mines and for 80% exclusivity in mining of the Lorrdian gemstones, Dorvalla Universal is willing to sell at a much, much reduced cost vehicles from our production line.
The time on this deal would last for fifty years. Furthermore, Lorrd would benefit from having additional Dorvalla Universal assets stationed at Lorrd to protect its investment. Do let me know your thoughts, Representative.

| (( I am keeping this in mind. It's largely so that certain land-based products can be sold as opposed to offering actual aid. Dorvalla Universal's charter is the same as it was at Monor II, in which the defense of the planet and Dorvalla Universal's installations were enacted by said vessels. As no installation actually exists at Lorrd, this prevents Dorvalla Universal from deploying any fleet elements. ))
