| Grand Vizier,
Forgive me if I sound rude in saying so, however, why have I just received word that Vizier Gemmell is currently chairing the Senate? Was there a policy shift or portfolio change that I was not made aware of? If you were to take a brief leave and required someone else to chair the Senate, it was of my belief that such responsibility was mine, however I have received no such communication from your office. I am on my way as we speak to the Senate Building to intervene in this matter.
Sincerely,
Dorian Covell Vizier of Government Affairs

| Vizier Covell,
I needed to receive the latest Imperial Intelligence dispatches from the Kanz Sector so that I could be fully-informed of events presently before the Senate. As Vizier Gemmell was in the building at the time, I asked him to chair the Senate in my momentary absence, as he has in the past. I shall return to the chamber once I've sent this message, but I would ask that you remain available to chair the Senate henceforth in the event I'm pulled away again.
Regards,
Sate Pestage Grand Vizier of the Empire Assistant to Emperor Palpatine Chair of the Imperial Senate

| Grand Vizier,
Very well. I will be moving my office from the Imperial Palace into either the former Supreme Chancellor's Suite of the Senate Building or the Supreme Chancellor's Suite of the Executive Building, if not both. To my knowledge, both remain unoccupied since the Emperor's move to the Imperial Palace nine years ago; with such a move, I will remain always ready to lend my services and in an additional boon, it will make myself more accessible to the Senators, leaving you less bothers by them, if that is at all possible.
Sincerely,
Dorian Covell Vizier of Government Affairs
