Lord Stark has informed me that, in a roundabout way, Ralltiir is willing to loan Lorrd a good amount of credits. I have seen to it that papers were drawn up for any dealing we may have. Time, unfortunately, is of the essence, so by all means my good man, name the terms so that Lorrd might once more fight for her freedom.

Ralltiir stands unreservedly with Lorrd. It would take too long to assemble our forces to be of much help to you, and I do hope a diplomatic solution is possible, but the Cambrielle Bank of Commerce is willing to lend your government 2.95 billion credits to be spent on defense, with an interest rate of Ribor plus 1.5% with a 52-week grace period. I'll put the Chief Loan Officer of CBC in contact with you immediately. He'll be able to speak to the details better than I can or should. I hope that Lorrd prevails in this conflict and I'll do what I can behind the scenes to thwart Commodore Cynum's lobbyists in the Senate.
