I would like to propose the following action be given the title "The Terrawin Strike", following it's inception after Senator Terrawin inspired the idea.
The Terrawin Strike
1. A fighter wing will be launched from it's base.
2. The fighter wing would be met at a pre-agreed RV point with an Alsakan carrier. The carrier would then rearm/refuel and recrew the fighters and supply them with details of an outbound RV if one is to take place. For covert operations this allows the ships databases to be blanked of previous movements and pilots to be placed aboard who are unaware of previous movements (removing the danger of the pilot being captured and revealing details of the origin of the Strike).
3. The fighter wing would launch a military intervention (possibly complimented by forces from the carrier).
4. The fighter wing would return to the carrier (now at another RV location) for refueling to return home.

The fighter wing would return home.
Advantages
- Fresh crews, initial crew can assure strike craft are all performing correctly.
- Details of movements secure
- Cutting down on weight aboard fighters undertaking long distance travel (especially heavy ordnance aboard bombers) provides an economy in fuel.
- On the outbound, damaged vessels have less distance to travel, injured or fatigued pilots can be replaced.
