In the event of there being another altercation at the Trapeze, there is a risk of the conflict widening to include other parties such as the Clowns or the Jugglers.
I am informed that there will be a necessity for Operation Tightrope to go ahead should either eventuality materialize.
The Sideshow is proceeding as ordered, and all performers are prepared to give a good show.
Could you confirm the circumstances under which Operation Tightrope should be initiated?

In the event there is an altercation at the Trapeze, there will be a considerable risk of one party or another attempting to steal the show or become involved in an act in which they have no part.
In the event that either the Clowns or the Jugglers become directly involved in any disagreement at the Trapeze, this is to say either having Sword Swallowers move toward from present locations toward the Trapeze or the Aerial Silks, or declare an intention to do so. It will not be required that the Sword Swallowers of either party begin to perform for Operation Tightrope to go ahead; use your discretion; intention is more important than anything else - if they try to steal the show then as per the briefing for Operation Tightrope you are to bar the door to the changing room of whichever (Clowns, Jugglers, or both) in the event they deploy Sword Swallowers, ideally minimizing risk by assuring they move before you risk your Sideshow performers.
If Operation Tightrope does not deter either the Jugglers or the Clowns from their move toward the Trapeze, and no further orders come from the Big Top, and if it does not risk your Sideshow performers too greatly then you are authorized to break the mirrors at either changing room provided that you do not risk spill makeup.
The Big Top will transmit further instructions to Monsieur Loyal as the head of the Sideshow if further instructions are required, I will be remaining in contact with the Artistic Directors throughout.
Let us hope the pre-show led by the bearded lady causes the Show to be cancelled. If the Show occurs as expected it will likely begin at ten to six when the band will begin, without a sound. Keep eyes peeled for Strongmen, and avoid causing them to open the animal cages.
If the Show is on and the Clowns and Jugglers remain in their changing rooms, and if the Contortionists perform better than the Gymnasts at the Trapeze; be prepared to have the Sideshow move to the caravan where the Contortionists sleep in order to assure the Contortionists do not remain too long on the Trapeze or attempt to cut the ropes of the Trapeze.

(A Copy of this conversation would be transmitted (without details of recipient or sender) across reasonably public frequencies but using a basic level of encryption from parties unknown across relays in the Sluis Van and Druckenwell Systems, as they were copied to the Alsakan diplomatic envoys at each location. This encryption would be an old type common in the Clone Wars and it would be possible for either the Sluissi, Monorians or Druckenwellites to intercept and decode if they were monitoring and intercepting mail to the mailbox of the Alsakan Consulate on each world. The transmission would be marked as private and for the eyes of the Consul only.)
