| Dear Sir,
I've just been informed that forces training in your Sector detected the movement of three Capital-class vessels at lightspeed while conducting a routine patrol in deep space.
I was wondering if these are your own vessels? Or those of a world in the Sector? If they are not representative of a legitimate military, then I fear they may represent Pirates or Rebels within your space and I can only suggest you call upon the aid of the Imperial Starfleet to increase patrols of the area as three capital vessels represents a significant threat to the spacelanes in the hands of malefactors.
In recognition of the potential threat posed by three unknown capital ships, we have taken the precaution of dispatching an increased level of Capital assets to our forces training in the area to assure their safety and security - the dispatched vessels will be recalled in the event this is a false alarm.

I appreciate your concern on this matter, but elements of our defense forces have also been conducting their own privatized training within the sector. If anything your forces likely ran across them. Nonetheless your vigilance is to be commended. If there is anything further that I can do please let me know.

I'd truly appreciate you checking if three of your ships or those of a company/world in your sector (I understand if you can't name exactly who) were taking a bearing through the Sluis Sector apparently toward the Doldur Sector at 0604 Imperial Center Standard Time. We're extremely concerned up here in the Core about the idea of three capital ships of unknown provenance bouncing around deep space in your Sector and would sooner not begin to investigate their origin if you can identify them.
We realize unknown ships may be more common out there on the Rim, but in our Sector this would be cause for whole squadrons of Cruisers to be deployed to the spacelanes on a cautionary basis. We understand you can't afford the same, but we can't afford to fritter resources away if there is no need to do so and we really don't want to waste resources in a pointless search.
Thus if you could let us know any information you chaps have (even if it just to let us know they were expected craft and can't identify them) we'd be grateful.
How are you finding Imperial rule? Please feel free to be frank and open, I'd be keen to bring to the Senate the feelings of the Sluissi people on the Imperial people and to improve their lot if possible - as I have always striven to protect the rights of non-Humans.
