Grand Vizier,
With the Proposal for purchase of the Helska System it has come to out attention that our current fleet, comprised mainly of repurposed Giga class Transports to serve as warships. The Dominion Federation Council has requested that I look into the possibility of the Dominion Federation purchasing surplus vessels from the Empire to serve as added security. They are mainly inquiring about the possibility of purchasing suplus Victory I Star Destroyers, or Acclamator I and Acclamator II class assault ships.

Sales of surplus vessels to Imperial planets have typically been arranged by the Planetary Defense Committee. A bill was passed last year establishing an Imperial Surplus Corporation through which the Defense Committee sells such ships. I recommend you speak with the Senator of Vjun, who chairs the Committee.
