Ambassador Baal,

Now that things are settled between the Auril Sector and Lorrd, I'd like to take the time to set a meeting between us, either on the Stark's Pride, my company skyhook over Imperial Center, or Castle Stark here on Lorrd. Barring that, a place easier for you to access would suffice. I have a few propositions for you.

Mr. Stark,

The fact remains that you've still yet to apologize for your words that stung at the hearts of not only the victims families, yet also the very people of the Dominion Federation. For me to travel to Lorrd or even meet you on your personal skyhook, would amount to political suicide and see my career as the Ambassador of the Dominion Federation lain to rest. At this time I must decline such a request, and I must also voice the opinion of the Dominion Federation Council in which they've already come to the agreement amongst themselves to not accept any sort of propositions that you may have to offer.

Ambassador Baal,

What better way to look good before your people than if you meet with me to have me deliver a public apology? That would be quite the opposite of political suicide. Besides, outside of a public apology, you and I might well be able to discuss certain items for the future, which would allow both myself and the Dominion Federation a stretch for peace and quiet, as well as be productive for the both of us.
