A news article was recently published by your ANN that stated I was welcome to tour the systems of the Dominion Federation so that I might see for myself what you and yours are all about. I have decided to take you up on that offer. My diplomatic vessel and escort will be readied in a number of days. What, praytell, is your capital system and world so that I might visit there first to pay my respects?

The Capital of the Dominion Federation is the planet Revyia in the Revyia system. It is the home to the Council Chamber, which houses the Dominion Federation Council. If it were possible, while we understand your desire to provide your own escort, we have specific diplomatic vessels on standby in the Dominion Federation for that exact reason. We also have members of the Iron Guard Corps on standby to serve as honor guards for the duration of your stay. While I will be unable to greet you in person, as is President Adaaran due to the Dominion Federation Council being in session, we can make sure that a proper welcome from an Officer of the Iron Guard Corps is arranged.

While that is an unusual policy, to prevent a diplomatic envoy from their own vessel and escort, I understand that the Dominion Federation does things differently. As such, as you do have diplomatic vessels, I shall be sending one of the members of my cabinet, a certain Richard Timmons, Adjutant to myself, in my stead. Certain things have come up that must be dealt with in some urgency, so I would not be able to make a timely visit. If it pleases you, I would either see Adjutant Timmons delivered to the border of your space, or if you wish, you may send a vessel to Druckenwell to pick him up.

If you are unable to attend yourself, I'm sure we would be able to come to a more suitable date in which both parties would be available and postpone the visit. While I'm sure Mr. Timmons is a capable Adjutant, some parties may see it more as you snubbing the Dominion Federations invitation to tour by sending someone in your stead.

If you give me a week at the most, I'm sure I could conclude my business within the Doldur Sector and on Druckenwell. It's an attempt to limit the influence of spice and other drugs that promote lawlessness, so it has been a matter of some import. Nonetheless, I am confident it shall not take too long to rectify.
