I congratulate you on your recent purchase of the Helska System. I believe it is an admirable deed you are undertaking, to transform a previously undeveloped system into something that is productive and contributing to the betterment of all. In this endeavor, which is a major undertaking, I would like to propose a sale to the Dominion Federation of four Calix I-class stations to assist in the mobility of whatever vessels and ships you may be utilizing within the system. These stations come, as a stock design, unarmed. Nonetheless, upgrades can be applied if necessary. If you are interested further, please contact my office.

The Dominion Federation Council has looked over the Calix I class stations that you have recommended in your proposal. We regret to inform you however that they currently would not meet our needs. We will keep this information on hand for 90 days however should we have a need for the stations if such a need arises in the future.
