| Moff Shirnoq,
While some of the other members of Lorrd's government have been loathe to write and ask, I am curious as to a certain matter on behalf of myself and so that I might give information to the other members of the Ruling Houses. This incident of a warrant being issued for Lord Stark by the Dominion Federation; will you enforce any sort of extradition if they should wish it, or is this simply a matter which you feel may be settled outside of need for Imperial involvement?

I tend to look at this matter as I do all small, insignificant things. The Dominion Federation is not actually a 'member' of the Galactic Empire; they are an independent state and as such, I would treat their warrant upon Lord Stark for what it is: a rather large, rather laughable joke. My legal office sees no need to issue an extradition order of any kind. However, I obviously cannot tell them not to issue a bounty. If they do choose to do so, I can hardly prevent such, or the movement of any bounty hunters within the Kanz Sector who wish to try and make a payday off of Stark's head. You may wish to remind him of this fact and to be a little more careful in his travels. Beyond that though, I see little coming of this.
