Subject: Kogan Quarantine; Gree Enclave border lockdown
Grand Vizier,
This message is being sent to inform you that the Dominion Federation world of Kogan has been quarantined due to an unknown pathogen which is thought to have originated from the Gree Enclave. Since the quarantine was put in place, the Dominion Federation Council has ordered that the border to the Gree Enclave be locked down, preventing any vessels from entering or leaving the Enclave. Those vessels broadcasting an Imperial Naval or Imperial Diplomatic IFF have been the only vessels to be permitted to enter and leave the Enclave. The lock down has been put in place to ensure that this pathogen does not get from the Gree Enclave to the rest of the galaxy through the Dominion Federation. We have therefore alerted our military vessels to patrol the Dominion Federation side of the border with the Gree Enclave to ensure that no civilian vessels or criminal vessels are entering or leaving the Enclave for the safety of those citizens both in the Dominion Federation and Galactic Empire that have not been afflicted with this pathogen.
