The recent and very public broadcast showing Tremaine Fowlkes to be both alive and a traitor to the Empire, as well as the commander of the Libs only reinforces what we knew from the capture of his lieutenant, Mika Jeebs. Incidentally, Jeebs is set for a transfer to Kessel. I believe this may draw out elements of the Libs who may attempt to rescue her if we leak the information.
In my opinion, however, the Libs are still likely supported by Jedi and if allowed to grow they may well present a major threat. My ship, the Dark Words, is en route to the Outer Rim within the hour, but I request attachment to a larger fleet element that we may have within the Outer Rim. I'll need more ships if I am to hunt this man quickly and efficiently. I also suggest we issue a very large, very public bounty upon his head.

In order from the questions you asked:
- The interrogation of Mika Jeebs was fruitful in a number of manners. Jeebs herself was involved in recruiting refugees from a refugee camp based on Nar Shaddaa called Job Traders Inc. This operation was run by Jeebs directly. She also gave up a list of several Telosian security force officers who are on the payroll of the Libs. There is a gun shop on Telos IV in the city of Thani called Telosian Firearms that was tied to the Loyalist Gas Mining Corporation, a known front for Libs funding. This weapons dealer, along with the swoop dealership Speed of Kwymar, a Thani-based business with branches in the Artus and Tantive Systems, is tied in to their funding. What is most troubling is a link between the Separatist Shiva and the Libs. As we are aware, Shiva ambushed an Imperial I-class Star Destroyer, Iron Fist, under the command of former Captain Netan Halan. Apparently, Shiva cannibalized the ship and then gave what was left to the Libs. They're sitting on a more or less half-armed but fully functional Star Destroyer somewhere; Jeebs did not have an exact location. Most importantly, the Libs have bases on the worlds of Jabiim, Felucia and Haruun Kal. There was also a brief meeting with someone named 'Aiden Thanatos' on Mygeeto but nothing further.
- In regards to the possible movements of Tremaine Fowlkes since the reports of his 'death,' there have been few. There was an unconfirmed possible sighting on Dantooine some time ago, but nothing that could be verified. The most accurate sighting of Fowlkes since his 'death' would be security holo-footage from a docking bay on Chandaar within the Cronese Mandate that show Tremaine Fowlkes more or less kidnapping one Amneris Kuriyoshi, estranged wife of former Mandate senator Zarcaine Kuriyoshi who is currently residing in shame in the Veragi Dominion Federation.
- When it comes to Jedi who are linked to the Libs, I have personal knowledge of one Frank 'Havoc' Bruder who I captured and later escaped from Imperial captivity en route to Prakith. There are also links to a Jedi named Castor Vax who is believed to be responsible in part for a raid on a Kaer-based orbital facility, as well as a pair of unidentified Jedi that assisted a Libs raid on an Imperial garrison based on Tatooine.
- In terms of forces fielded by the Libs, they possess a Star Destroyer, 'more than one' DP20 frigate, a squadron of assorted Z-95 Headhunters led by a Libs commander named Ben Amir that I men briefly, as well as other assorted Z-95 Headhunter and Cloakshape fighters. My best estimate puts them at less than five full squadrons of fighters and that is being generous. In regards to ground forces, I estimate an assorted thousand soldiers, likely poorly armed and equipped consisting of Jabiimites, Felucians, Mygeetans, Muuns, some Bothans, and mostly Humans, led and trained by a Kaleesh named 'Qymen.'
- In conclusion, both from my time as my cover identity, which, I might add, may still be viable to an extent, as well as my normal investigations, the Libs are poorly organized, ill funded and spread out. With all honesty though, they are connected to other dangerous figures such as Shiva, who has managed to elude us thus far and who does have more soldiers and ships available. If left unchecked, the Libs could very well post a threat to stability within the Outer Rim.
In regards to an Inquisitorious assassination attempt, I sanctioned no kill order on Fowlkes. My subordinate in this matter, Inquisitor Kal Thanatos, was instructed to track down a Jalaila Kelrune, former fiance of Tremaine Fowlkes, but he has been unsuccessful so far. To the best of my knowledge, as such, no attempt was ever made.
If it pleases both of you, I would like to take the Dark Words to the Outer Rim. The Fifth Bombard Fleet is currently stationed there, I believe, and massive, overwhelming strike against known Libs outposts may set them back greatly enough to hinder further support towards their cause in the immediate future.

I agree with Inquisitor Deschain's recommendation and I endorse his decision to transfer Mika Jeebs to the prisons of Kessell, if he feels she can be of use to us there. I think it's clear we've extracted all the information from her that we're going to. Also, know that the Inquisitor's information is consistent with the information Intelligence has on the Libs, too. I can provide a bit more information, however.
We've identified the "Aiden Thanatos" that Ms. Jeebs has confessed to meeting with on Mygeeto. He is a former Jedi Knight and the brother of none other than Inquisitor Kal Thanatos. The interrogation of Jeebs indicates that her meeting with Aiden Thanatos resulted in the recruitment of a number of Mygeetans and Muuns to the Libs. If Kal Thanatos's brother is working with the Libs, needless to say this is a serious security breach. Kal Thanatos may or may not know about this, but he must be grounded at once and his clearance suspended while this is investigated. Shall I order it done, Your Excellency?
Intelligence also has reason to believe that this Libs base on Jabiim may be responsible for harassing Imperial infrastructure on the planet in recent months. I would recommend that the base on Jabiim be a high priority target; there, and also Haruun Kal, which we suspect to be the Libs's primary base of operations. And needless to say, this Job Traders, Inc. will need to be shut down. As Chief of the Bureau of Operations, I offer the services of Imperial Intelligence in doing so.
I'll plumb our records and have more information for you this evening on this "Qymen" figure. We will also, of course, deploy any and all resources we can to find the Iron Fist.

| Yes, Your Excellency. High Command advises that Haruun Kal is the highest-value target. Fleet Admiral Hines also reports that the Dustig Sector Fleet has a cordon in place around the Al'Har system to observe ship movements while an assault force is en route. He reports that Navy is prepared to commence operations on Haruun Kal and Jabiim within 24 hours with the approval of the Ruling Council, Sir. Imperial Intelligence is also prepared to move on this refugee camp on Nar Shaddaa—Inquisitor Deschain, I'm told, has assigned someone to it already. Navy has ships standing by to act in a supporting role if necessary.
I recommend the Governor of Telos IV be directed to shut down Telosian Firearms, Inc. and Speed of Kwymar, in the city of Thani.
