I propose to you a simple alliance. I am not speaking of one which would bring our worlds to arms against a common foe. I am talking of an alliance of credits, one that would create a stronger world not through force, but through commerce. By signing Trade Agreements between our peoples we will provide for them a quality of life that shall be the envy of all others. By trading we can create worlds of gold that will stand for a thousand lifetimes and remain the peak of our civilizations. This is a simple trade agreement to begin with, which would provide the Cronese Mandate the ability to establish trade stations within your systems that would act as trade stations and refueling stations for the merchants of our peoples coming and going. These stations will be defended with the adequate defenses, as the trade agreement would also grant the Cronese Mandate the right to use our vessels in your systems to help defend the stations from attack the moment that we are called upon.
