In order to assure your military is up to spec in every regard (although I am sure it is already high quality) I would like to offer to offer you the chance of your military staff officers having training direct from the Imperial Navy Officers in my sector. We We would be willing to train up to 100 Naval or Ground officers for one year each year in exchange for a reasonable fee to cover the cost of their training etc.
I also propose that the Thanium Sector and Cronese Mandate lift all trade tariffs between us, creating a free trade area - we offer this potentially extremely profitable arrangement in recognition of the work that has been done and is still being done to settle down ethnic tensions in the region. Our Sector is a popular stopping point on the Perlamian and I am sure the revenues for your people could be extremely large.
Finally, since we both control regions with extreme amounts of history I propose we fund an Archaeological institute jointly, the Tion-Cronese Imperial Archaeological Institute would conduct archaeological scans and digs on worlds in both our sectors and neighbouring ones if they invite such researchers so that the Tionese and Cronese (and humans generally) can better understand their shared history and so have more desire for cooperation and concord.

I thank you for your offer to train the Cronese Mandate military staff by your Imperial Naval Officers. While our current military staff is as you've sated, trained at and already at a high quality, we do have a new up coming graduate class of our Naval Academy which would greatly benefit from such additional training. Of course the Cronese Mandate would cover the cost of their training and would have no problem doing so.
We are favorable to the lifting of the trade tariffs between the Thanium Sector and the Cronese Mandate. As such we would like to extend to you, just as we've extended to the Auril Sector in our recent talks, an invitation to join our Outer Rim trading organization. Joining would merely requiring the signing of a Trade Agreement between the Thanium Sector and the Cronese Mandate, which would allow for the establishment of Trading centers and refueling stations in the Thanium Sector. Of course with your added permission, the Trade Agreement would also grant the Cronese Mandate the right to use our vessels in defense of those stations if called upon, this of course can be removed from the Trade Agreement as we will do with the Auril Sector (though that is more to ensure that racial tensions are dissolved and not grown.)
While we can agree to the concept and would be more than willing to aid in the funding of such an institute, we believe that a better name should be chosen. Instead of the "Tion-Cronese" we believe that the name should be. "The Tion Cluster Imperial Archaeological Institute." This way the name does not place one ethnic name before the other and brings about the thought that we are in fact all from the Tion Cluster.
