You are henceforth requested and required to proceed to Gravlex Med to meet with your garrison with due speed to take up the position of Imperial Prefect to the Dantooine system, reporting directly to myself.
The Prefect has important general responsibilities. Some of these include:
Facilitating dialogue with the local Administration.
Establishing an outpost as detailed with fuel tanks to act as a refuelling station for Imperial Shuttles and small craft passing and also establishing any other positions I require occupied.
Command the garrison and supervise the Sector Rangers.
Observing and reporting upon the Dantooinian people for both good and bad conduct, reporting monthly to my office.
Aiding the Government of Administrator Ray when required.
Promoting the Empire, loyalty and recruiting locals for the Imperial Forces.
The Prefect also fulfills important ceremonial duties, such as:
Promoting a sense of identity;
Recognizing the achievements of outstanding Dantooinians;
Receiving foreign dignitaries;
Hosting and taking part in official events

This is an unexpected pleasure to be offered the position of Prefect. I shall take it with great pleasure and assure you that I shall do my best to achieve all duties set before me. I will depart from Baltimn in two days with some of my small household staff and four personal guards, if I may bring them along.
