| Sir or Madam,
I have held the position of Governor of Breeka for some time. Despite this being my homeworld, I feel my talents would be better challenged on a world with more interaction than this small, dusty ball with no real chance to prove myself. Granted, I have done what can be done to improve the quality of life for the Imperial citizens on this world, but to be frank, there is no real major advancement that can be made to the economy or in terms of populace growth; Breeka will never be a grand world. I humbly ask, therefore, that I be transferred to a new posting if possible where I might better make use of my talents.
