Your Excellency, I hope the complimentary troop of Yagai has met with your satisfaction, and that you've accepted them as a "down payment," as it were, on our arrangement. You'll be pleased to know that I've acquired the remainder of the work force that you've requested, and I'm prepared to have them sent to Eos (or to another planet of your choice, if you prefer discretion). But I have yet to receive figures on the Abrion Sector Fleet, my friend. I am eager to conclude this arrangement amicably, and having held up my end of the deal might I inquire what progress you've made thus far in yours?

The more recent events have come up that seem to have the potential to cause problems for me in the future. While I know it was a point in our agreement that the list of the Sector Fleet be given to you, in the coming days it may be harder to come by the list and provide it to you. As it stands now though, half of the contract had been full filled, and while I may not be able to gain the list for you, I can offer some monetary bonus for your efforts in acquiring the work force.

A monetary solution may be necessary, then. But I will be disappointed if this is the case, as I have interests in the Abrion Sector that would profit significantly from the knowledge of Moff Cole's fleet in the sector. While I appreciate you do not want to be put in a difficult position, and Force forbid I should put you in one, my friend, I do hope you've exhausted all reasonable possibilities in attempting to acquire this list. After all, I did go to considerable effort to procure a work force per your specifications and, moreover, it is likely that my interests in the Abrion Sector could coincide with yours insofar as they are likely to the detriment of Moff Cole, who I understand to be a rival of yours. Have you considered asking Imperial Center for a list? Perhaps on the pretense that some of your citizens are planning a diplomatic or commercial visit to the Abrion Sector and for their protection you require a list of Moff Cole's fleet? Granted I am not a Moff, but this seems a routine matter to me.
