Recently I was encouraged through outside means to contact you and offer support. When I returned to Coruscant, I found my home broken into and a rather wretched thing named Moff Brandt sitting in my home. I now feel the need to torch the chair that he sullied by merely sitting in it. I digress though, this message is being sent to offer you funding, while I know you may have your own ways, this funding is for something else. This funding is to form a militia, much like yourself, that would act on my behalf. Of course I could set this up myself, yet it would seem much more fesible and doable by putting it in your capable hands.
