I appreciated your recent supply of warheads donated to my vessel. Already they have contributed to my... clandestine.. operations in the Tammuz Sector. I have had a tricky time in the past supplying my force with only the crumbs after Moff Levi pillages every arms shipment I try to make.
Perhaps you would like to organize a meeting to discuss a further shipment of arms? I would be very curious to buy two quadlasers and half a dozen larger laser weapons to emplace around my home to give me time to leave in the event of Moff Levi becomes aware of my little operation. I aware there is considerable stigma in another item I wish to order but would it be possible to purchase remote operators for the weapons (droids or.. indentured workers) so that my crew can escape with me. I would also require men to fit these weapons to my house.
You can be assured I will offer you very generous terms if you are able to fulfill my requirements. If you would like to do business, screw this message up and put it on the bar.

| Man with the Seismic Charges
A meeting is available, yet we would hope that we would be able to do so at an appropriate day. One of which could either be at Night, Tomorrow, or on a Partially Cloudy Day. Depending on what your choice of the meeting is, there will be someone there to speak with you.
Each word was marked with a special design, with each of the words being a cover for a specific meeting place. Nar Kreeta(Night), Tol Amn(Tomorrow), and Pybus(Partially). There will be a representative sent by me on each of those worlds should you choose which one you will arrive at.

I attach a map of the Nevar Belt and a copy of my plans.
The plan is simple.
1. Levi will approach from the exterior jump point all asteroid gun stations will be invisible (powered down).
2. The Security System at the belt will inform Levi that Park is not home.
3. Levi will show his search warrant, the security system will appear to yeild and let his ship in.
4. Levi will send men down to Park Hall and begin to loot the Baron's posessions.
5. Baron Park will appear from behind an asteroid and bear off onto the bow of Levi's vessel, catching it unawares and launching a fighter and turbolaser volley.
6. Levi's vessel will engage Baron Park's vessel. Communications jammers will activate from the gunnery preventing the vessel signaling for help.
7. The gunnery batteries will activate when the turbolaser lights are seen within the belt. The guns will automatically target Levi's vessel.
8. Levi's vessel will be crippled, he will no longer have his secret police force and will not dare inform the empire for fear of being exposed as a criminal.
9. The vessel will be returned to you.
Further information
Space is limited but capital ships can manouvre carefully out through the rear of the inhabited region of the belt if they are aware the route is present (Levi may well be). Thus what we require is the placement of any and all ships you have at your disposal to bolster the battery near the exit of the belt towards Deralia, giving it supporting fire.
Contingency
Should the situation become FUBAR we will withdraw towards the Deralia exit leaving the batteries to hold our rear. We will jump to Deralia's system edge (evading the Deralian security forces by jumping a long distance away) and then jump to any location of your choice. From here we will be free to jump anywhere we wish using its safe and stable routes (rather than the limited/dangerous ones around the Nevar Belt) and thus slip away.
I think you will agree everything is planned for. And your own role guarding my rear is not a dangerous or onerous one, and clearly worth it to get your vessel back. I only ask that you help guard my home.
