First, I would like to extend my condolences for what had been happening to your people on Embaril. Mass genocide is not something that should be taken so lightly. In fact, it shouldn't be taken in as an option at all. We have seen this happen time again and again among the Galactic Empire. However, we are most appalled at the fact the Cronese Mandate would not rush to your aid, their own people. However, I can't say the same about the Empire.
I apologize for the ramblings. Let me introduce myself. I am Mika Jeebs, the second-in-command of an anti-Imperial resistance known as the Libs. We have scored a number of victories against the Empire. While many are keeping their toes away from a ruthless dictator unleashing atrocities among your people, this is not something we are willing to stand by and watch. The leader of the resistance wanted me to inform you that we are prepared to aid your people. We are prepared to supply you with soldiers, weapons, vehicles, and perhaps even ships. We also want to offer an opportunity to assist you in relocation should you want it.
However, we will not commit without your approval. We wanted you to know that once the Libs commit to assisting your people, there will be no turning back. The Empire will certainly get involved. The battle between your people and Embarilities will certainly rise into a galactic battleground. The campaign could be a long and a bloody one. So before we proceed on this, the Libs need to know if you are prepared to do this.
