In these times when the Empire holds a blaster to those of us in the Outer Rim and attempt to exert their control over those of us simply attempting to make a living as well as those of us whom seek to free the Galaxy of the Empire to ensure that we can continue our business without their watchful eyes attempting to prevent us from making a living, I find myself in need of skilled warriors that would help in my endeavor to create a galaxy without the Empire. While I can easily go to the worlds myself and seek the warriors without going through a middle man, I find that it would not be conducive to creating an understanding between our two factions. That is why I have come to you directly, rather than directly going to Rodia and Gamorrea. In this I seek a Rodian clan and Gamorrean Mercenaries, which I would pay a handsome finders fee to your Hutt employer, whom ever he may be. I would also like you to extend the knowledge that I would like to set up a Manufacturing plant in Hutt space, which would pay a sum towards your employer to keep it safe, both from other Hutts, as well as ensuring that it would go unnoticed by the Empire with its placement in Hutt space.

Neese told me of your message and I admit that it piqued my interest. I can't speak for Rodia, which is somewhat out of my sphere of influence, but the Cartel has an understanding with Moff Jellrek of the Galov Sector not to mind our comings, goings, and doings on Gamorr (the Empire isn't all bad, you see). I can make it known to His Excellency that he's to do the same for you, provided I know who you are and provided you honor an arrangement that the Cartel had with the Trade Federation in years past—that a modest finder's fee be paid to the Cartel for each Gamorrean recruited into your services.
Provided we get our relationship off to this good start, I would not be averse to a manufacturing plant in our territory. However, I would need to know what it builds and, again, who you are, pateessa.

The offer to come to an understanding with an Imperial Moff is most tantalizing, however I do not think such an understanding would be acceptable should that Moff know that he would be providing the same understanding to the Lord of Winter, a most wanted Separatist by the Empire named Valin Rall. That is why I sought out a more stable middle man rather than dealing with arriving at Gamorrea myself. I will of course honor the previous arrangement that the Cartel had with the Trade Federation, of which I was at the meeting for. In regards to the manufacturing plant, it would be building spare parts and fresh droids to repair those and replace them with in my ranks, after all one can not be too safe.
