Shiva had several agents on a number of planets; one of which happened to be Dantooine, whose Senator, Exar Ray, had applied to join the Galactic Empire. The insurgents were few in number and, as such, could not simply run around blowing things up. The threat of the Separatist movement had lost its momentum, but a good number of people were still wary of the Empire. Had the Jedi truly been enemies? Things were moving far too fast and the changes in laws were already being seen on the broadcasts from Coruscant.

Shiva's men began small: graffiti depicting Palpatine as a womp rat and a number of other undesirable animals began to appear on government buildings, as well as slogans proclaiming the Empire was a terrorist regime.

Granted not much happened in Dantooine, but when something did happen, The Dantooine Militia was automatically called upon to cease any act that threatened the stability of SEICD. Once the reporting of the drawings came into CENTCOM, the Militia was automatically dispatched to locations, and a curfew went into automatic effect. Anyone found outside of their homes were arrested and placed in a solitary confinement. After that, the were 're-educated' to the Imperial ways; being forced to watch Exar Ray over and over and over again speaking about how the Empire is the light and that any type of act against the Empire would lease to massive war in the galaxy. As for the pictures, spray paint came into play for this one. A massive block would cover the graffiti.

Many people might well have still been sore over the change from the Khoonda Administration to the rise of the SEICD. Just because the new administration felt that change was well and good didn't always mean the full population supported so many changes in so little time. After all, Dantooine had once been home to a Jedi Enclave, a fact many Dantooine natives were proud to admit, especially after now-deceased Jedi Master Mace Windu won the Battle of Dantooine.

Dantooine was largely populated by farmers; good, law-abiding citizens who did not enjoy loosing freedom for no purpose. When word of a curfew came into light, the insurgents stuck inside their homes, much like any other law-abiding citizen, but the grumblings about the government would be more persistent now. Of course, it didn't help that a pair of young lovebirds, Tommy Joe Brown and Susie May Hootle, simply out for walk to enjoy the stars and speak of their upcoming marriage, which, incidentally, happened to make their large families quite happy, as both families were large grain merchants, had been nabbed by the Dantooine Militia and spirited away.

Oh, law-abiding citizens the Dantooineians might be, but an oppressive government, especially such a new one, was not a good sign.

(Woah there killer. Let me be the one to RP the parts.)

Over the load speakers, a simple message would be placed out, "Return to your homes, terrorist acts abroad, return to your homes, terrorist acts abroad"

Proper terrorism was a subtle act, when done correctly. The constant militia patrols were a hassle, of course, but blending in with the townsfolk had been easy enough, for the insurgents had been there for a time, never meeting in groups, always operating in cells and in general, doing nothing to upset their neighbors. Yon Garraty, a rather good farmer, happened to be the leader of one of the three cells. As such, it was deemed that the loudspeakers that the new administration were rather laughable and would, therefore, be the target of the next vandalism.

Of course, time would be given for the uproar so far to die down. No acts were taken without Yon's direct approval and, if and when the eventuality came that the militia were released from their constant patrol, as it was possible that continuous curfews and martial law might well upset people (though who could say?), the loudspeakers in a number of areas would be targeted by the occasional blaster shot, simply enough to destroy the speakers and nothing else. One man with a sense of humor rigged the loudspeakers on one street to play a funny little ditty about Senator Ray's mother engaging in sexual practices with a Gungan and a Hutt at the same time.

As far as safety went, it would be impossible for security patrols to be posted everywhere at once, more than likely, and the culprits disguised themselves as much as possible. Of course, the above actions would only be taken when the major security was given up.

"Exar took this in a new direction." Sighed Havoc as he entered the communications tower. Reports of speaker towers being shot at were indeed disturbing, but there was the final solution to end this problem, it was time to settle this outbreak himself. The militiamen had been prepared to record a message from this man, and once he was ready he spoke into it. "Dantooine Militiamen, you are to stand down and return back to barracks, citizens of Dantooine, you have my word that no one will face any harm. Cease this recklessness and all will be calm... you have been told... Havoc out." The Jedi would risk a lot by mentioning his name. Granted it was a well-known name on Dantooine, and he was there to defend it during the Clone Wars. Nodding some, he would expect some time to be given before anyone realized what happened and what was said. Throwing up his hood, he left the center tower and proceeded into the shadows. The Militiamen would release anyone in their custody and return back to their normal duties.

The silence of space over Dantooine was torn by the sudden boom of engines erupting from hyperspace, propelling a small vessel toward the planet. Emerging from lightspeed, the small armoured transport spun in a slow arc, before righting itself and heading to the surface at full throttle.
Onboard, an armoured man of galaxy-wide renown checked his instrumentation, his helmet antennae flipped down and providing him with a direct access to his ships systems. Before him, a hologram of Dantooine slowly rotated, and with it, a waypoint marker which extended into a small holo of the man known as Havoc.
The news of Havoc's presence on Dantooine was recent, very recent. Being an Imperial world, Dantooine inevitably had its share of the Empire's spies and informants, and minutes after the fugitive Jedi's name had begun to circulate among the Dantooinian people, so too had it circulated to very interested ears.

Havoc wouldn't be the first Jedi that Boba Fett had hunted on the Empire's behalf, and he would be no less deserving of his punishment. While Fett had no vested interest in politics, except for where it could line his pocketbook, he did believe the Jedi to be the criminals the Empire claimed. They should never have attempted to wrestle control of the Republic from Palpatines hands; perhaps if things had been done differently, the Purge wouldn't have been necessary, but in the end the Jedi had shown their true colours.
And to go up against the established galactic authority warranted justice.
"Unidentified vessel, you are entering Dantooine airspace, please state your name and ship registration" a voice said over the loudspeaker.
"Dantooine control, transmitting Imperial clearance. No name or registration will be necessary" Fett replied, transmitting the code provided to him. He could have activated Slave I's sensor mask, but on a planet as sparsely visited or civillised as Dantooine, his arrival would have been noticed anyway. Better to do things through official means.
The onboard computer confirmed his code had been transmitted, and Fett waited, though he knew it wouldn't be for long.
"Ah... of course, we have no wish to upset an agent of Lord Vader. Your stay will be unhindered" came the terse response from Dantooine control.
Fett didn't bother with a reply, instead thumbing off his comm unit, and making for Garang spaceport.

"I bow to no one and I give service only for cause".
