| A Nu class shuttle drops out of hyperspace and moves towards orbit of Gwari. The shuttle sends out a request for permission to land, and answers inquiries with the information of a person carrying a possible contract for the Gwari shipyards. (As long as not opposed) The shuttle would lower through the atmosphere and land at the the yards landing pad, and Talri Nikani would step out of the shuttle wearing a white shirt, black pants, heavy boots, and a blaster pistol on his hip. He would (probably meet) with the representative of the shipyards and follow him to the shipyards main offices, describing the need for a new heavy freighter class of vessel. Meanwhile from the other side of the systems furthest planet a ship slides out of hyperspace. Added (29 Oct 2010, 6:58 Am) --------------------------------------------- From that ship a CIS Landing craft would detach from the bottom of the ship and begin its approach to Gwori, supported by 12 Vulture droids. The ship was loaded down with combat droids ready to take the planet if necessary, but their goal was to take the Gwori Shipyards. If unopposed the Landing craft would land about 20 miles from the shipyards and begin to disgorge the combat droids as the Vulture fighters landed at the same landing area.

| Administrator Tonith would welcome him to the Gwori Shipyards, one of the few surface based shipyards left in the galaxy. He would lead him into his office within the Gwori Revolutionary Industries office, after going through several tunnels cut into the cliiffside to connect the two facilities. He listened to Talri's proposal, looking the man over. What he wouldn't give to be back in the IGBC... he was sadly forced to resign following the surrender of the CIS, as a condition of his amnesty from the Empire. He did many regrettable and unforgivable things, at least to most beings, in order to secure that amnesty. If there was one thing he learned quickly at the end of the Clone Wars, the CIS quickly became every man for himself. He heard of a few idealists still out there, fighting the good fight, but he was done...and remained in an office, albeit to his chagrin most of the time. He would not leave to fight again, however. "My question, Mr Nikani, is what you can offer me. What can you do to make it worth my time, and risking our security, in working with you?" he asked, looking over this new class of vessel. He had become accustomed to the shadow of the two IG-100 MagnaGuards he had kept from his days of the CIS, and adjusted the lighting of his desk to compensate. As he was about to decide whether or not to actually listen to Talri, he headset beeped. "Sir, we have a Broadside dropping out of hyperspace above the planet; this can't be right... a C-9979 and squadron of Vultures disembarked and are landing on the surface..." said the voice. He nodded, thinking for a moment. "Notify our sentry ships, give them the location of the intruder. Let the transport land, but prepare our defenses." he said. Since the Clone Wars, the shipyards had seen improvements. They were now armored, able to withstand even orbital strikes for a time, and six AA Towers were located on top of the cliff they were built into. The Shipyards had also been bolstered in security, with 100 AATs, 20 MTTs, as well as two batteries of 9 HAGs. Droid wise, they were outfitted with 2240 B1 Battle Droids, 1100 B2 Battle Droids, 144 IG Lander Combat Droids, and 160 Droidekas (which constantly patrolled the tunnels connecting the two facilities but could be funneled onto the surface using special passage ways built only for them); which was all supported by a squadron of Tri-fighters. They began their preparation for defense, both externally and internally rather quickly upon the Administrator's orders. Meanwhile, in front of Talri's ship, a Munificent Star Frigate dropped out of hyperspace, ready for combat. Immediately, it began barraging it with all of its weaponry, targeting its shield generators to prevent it from raising them (as you have not stated such). The ship was positioned so that should it try to escape, it would have to slowly turn around using maneuvering jets, with any forward motion from its main engines inevitably resulting in a collision of both ships, and any attempt to jump into hyperspace resulting in a catastrophic and deadly end for both ships.

| OOC: I'll take this spot by spot: 1) Who are you? According to the system you just registered on the system 2) Where is the request for these forces? let alone the approval for these forces? 3) When a ship is coming in to do a combat drop, it would be pretty normal for them to be in full combat ready, sheilds up and weapons hot. I dont put into the post that a character breaths when he drops out of hyperspace it doesnt mean he drops dead because he didnt state he breathed. Thats just a start.

| 1.) This is a management moderation of Gwori. 2.) Please refer to Rules 2.2 and 2.3 3.) Indeed a combat drop would initially surmise that shields are up, nor is it expected that a player needs to state when their character breathes. However, you did not state any sort of combat readiness for this vessel. Just saying a ship is dropping out of hyperspace, by the last planet of a system, and launching a transport and some escorts, does not state nor clarify that they are in any sort of combat readiness or condition. Non-essential functions, like breathing, are not required in an RP, but if you are in some form of combat readiness when you drop out of hyperspace, it should be stated. Anything else?

| OOC: So your assuming that a person who's Goal is stated as "To take the Gwori Shipyards" is stupid enough to remain with its sheilds down?

| ((It's what you wrote... be a little more detailed next time and this issue won't occur. In this particular situation, I can not automatically assume anything that isn't written. You drop a ship out of hyperspace, I can only take from what you write what the status of the ship is. If you drop out on a planetary blockade however, it would be assumed that those blockading ships would have their shields up. Also, as a point, you said the goal of your landing forces was to take the Gwori Shipyards, not the capital ship itself.))

| ((There isn't a blockade, that was an example of when you would assume a ship's shields would be up, rather than now, where unless otherwise specified in some form, the shields would be down. Trying to help you understand is all. You're not facing any more, at the moment, than what is contained within the IC post.))
