It was a grand day for the people of Roon, and a proud day for the Abrion Sector as well. A brand new Golan II space defense platform had just been completed, stationed on the Manda-Roon merchant route. The station's personnel were quite excited to begin their lives on their new home, and the pilots were quite ecstatic at their new posting. All in all, it seemed a rather promising venture for Abrion's customs and tax agents as well, who were quite overjoyed at the prospect of keeping piracy from Roon, which had always been a problem in past years. Even after Moff Cole had defeated the pirate fleet, pirates had still been sneaking through.

The Moff himself was absent from the christening ceremony, but he was there in spirit, watching over from the bridge of his flagship, the ISD Revelation. Cole was a satisfied man as he watched the various smaller vessels bustle about the defensive station. The Golan II was quite an achievement, but then again, the Abrion Sector's agriworlds had to be protected. It was one of the breadbaskets of the Empire, after all, and if piracy and corruption could hold at Roon, it could hold elsewhere. It could even lead to rebellion! That was something Cole would tolerate none of. The Abrion Sector was a safe place for Imperial citizens to live, boasting some of the lowest crime rates in the Empire; no mean feat considering everything that had been occurring in the news lately.

Cole planned to keep it that way.
