| Above the palace of King (insert name of the Deralian King), orbited a pair of Victory-class Star Destroyers, their ominous shapes being recognisable even in day time as they towered above the palace. Their weapons and shields remained noticeably charged. The heavier guns on the Victory-class ships (if one were to look closely) were targeted towards the base of the palace. Moff Levi stood at the bridge of the nearest. He leant over, smiling to the ship's captain "Order all fighters be launched, and that they orbit the Deralian palace at a distance of one kilometer. Engines as squealy as possible, I would like to keep at least 6 fighters in the air at all times to remind the King of my displeasure." He looked at his chrono, by this time it was getting towards evening. "Nothing is to disturb me until morning" he said with knowing look towards the captain. The captain nodded "Aye Sir". The captain well knew what this meant, to keep the screaching fighters going all night, despite the entreaties which would likely come from the locals or their petty chief. Moff Levi then retired from the bridge of the ship, moving to the comfortable state rooms somewhere below the command tower and had a glass of brandy. Flicking on the comms monitor to listen to any communications with the locals he sat back in his leather armchair and awaited a good night's entertainment.

| He had no plans to meet with the Moff, nor make the trip to Imperial Center, until the coronation festivities were over. The people had, however, rejoiced far more than expected. For nearly two weeks now, there were parties throughout Deralia and its system, every evening giving way to a street party encompassing most of the major cities. The first week of the celebrations, all work, except for the essentials, had been dismissed. The second week came, and few showed back up. In all honesty, the Imperial display was largely ignored, considered nothing more than perhaps their Moff participating in the celebration with a military display. The Praetorian Guard, was aware however, of the guns being pointed at the Palace. They kept the appropriate persons aware, but no alerts were sounded. When morning broke, a repulsorlimo, under heavy escort, headed towards the Moff's office. The Praetorian Guard, wearing their purple marked Phase II Clonetrooper armor, stood as attention along the street, with a team of them lining the street. For the King, a squad of men in tan versions of the Republic's Clone Wars era uniform walked along with the King, who adorned a white tunic, trousers and boots, with a purple cape and gold laurel wreath crown, entered the building. He personally approached the secretary, "I am King Deralius the Nineteenth of Deralia, here to see Moff Levi," he said to her with a smile.

| The locals would however have noticed the TIE fighters screaching around all night every night, keeping the jet engine loud sound echoing through the streets of their city and disturbing everyone's sleep for a long time. When Deralius arrived at the Moff's Skyscraper, he would find the Moff not there (as he was on one of the ships above). The Secretary however offered to call the ship for him, and after a brief conversation said a transport would be at the top of the building for the King, presently. From the Victory-class ship "IMS Suprise" which stood off next to the "IMS Galactic" descended a Lambda-class shuttle, able to carry the King and his retinue up to the top of the building. Moff Levi was still asleep aboard the Suprise, having got bored of watching the people displeased at their sleep being disturbed. The King had kept him waiting two weeks, and now there would be a price to pay.

| He was hesitant to board a shuttle that was not his own; fear of assassination was a mere facet of royal life, especially Deralian. What was left of the Separatist, a little over a hundred among the large population, were not happy about the coronation of the monarch once more. Then again, these were the kind of people that complained about government but did not vote; give them separation and they would still find something wrong with it. Perhaps his fear was born of mere paranoia, but it was there none the less. Regardless, to appease the Moff, he boarded the Shuttle, along with his staff.

| The Shuttle was returned back to the hangar of the Suprise with Deralius aboard. Deralius would find himself greeted by a half dozen Stormtroopers, a Quartermaster and an Imperial Navy Officer. Lieutenant Percy Dubois came forward and offered a polite salute. "King Deralius, this way if you please. You should be aware that this ship is a sector governance secure area, as such if you would assure all weapons of any kind are deposited with the Quartermaster, they will be returned on your way out. If your guards wish to remain aboard with their arms they may." The Quartermaster rolled forwards a power assisted cart and opened the lid the for guards (or indeed Deralius himself) to deposit their weapons. After this process was completed, Lieutenant Dubois lead Deralius through a maze of corridors and turbolifts, eventually conveying him to a waiting room. It contained a couple of dozen rather uncomfortable metal and plastic chairs (akin to those in airports). Simon Levi, waking naturally and feeling refreshed move to dress in order to meet the Deralians.

| He returned Lieutenant Dubois' salute. It was, in fact, a shocking show of courtesy. He carried no weapon, so none was deposited, and his guards would follow him. They would relinquish their arms, but protocol stated that no Praetorian could relinquish his weapon to another being when at all possible. In this case, it was possible to carry on, and they did so. Eventually, he found himself in a waiting room, and took a seat, with his guards standing, and awaited Moff Levi.

| After the whole party was disarmed the King would be left to wait fully 45 minutes before Simon had had breakfast, showered and dressed in his full uniform. After the weight he was shown in to the conference room where Simon would be found sitting with a prefect on one side, and a young man on his other one. He looked down on Deralius with a raised eyebrow. "Mr.. Aurelius? I presume" he said with a smile. If the party did not disarm they would simply be kept waiting in the Hangar.

| Two would disarm and remain with him. He nodded to the Moff, not being bothered by waiting. "Julius Aquilinus Aurelius; with the regnal name of Deraliua the Nineteenth, if you wish to ever use it," he said. He smiled back, and after a moment, he spoke again. "Moff Levi, it is an honor to finally meet you, and I apologize if I kept you waiting for this meeting longer than you wished. If there is any sort of display or artwork you would like for your office as a gift, please let me know,".

| Levi gave the man a nod after he came in from his wait. "Mr Aurelius then, I am glad to meet you. As an Imperial Official I cannot accept "gifts", however, you are free to make a private donation if you wish to the Sector's Treasury, in addition to the other donations which will be required of your world, but I will move on to crude financial matters later." he looked down the list in front of him. "I am not a man to stand on formalities Mr Aurelius so let us crack on with business. Firstly, I am moving my seat from Deralia back to the Sector Capital at Tammuz-an, as a show of solidarity with the Human expats there and in order to help solidify Imperial Authority on the most important world in the Sector." A smile creased his lips before he gave the next announcement to Deralius "With my absence there will be somewhat of a vacuum in Imperial Governance here, but worry not, I have spoken to my son on Imperial Center who informed me he had a class mate who was a scion of your line and a distant relation! In addition to being a graduate from the Imperial School of Governance and having completed an Internship at the Palace. That as it may be, he is a core worlder in his manners and attitude, his family having lived there for many generations. I have full confidence that Governor Ribaldequin will be more than able to bring Deralia into the Imperial Era by continuing my modernizing agenda." He gestured to the callow youth, barely in his eighteenth year, the young man still had an air of confidence and more importantly, arrogance in his stare at the King. "You may pay homage to the Governor, Julius. As you rule at the Emperor's pleasure, and he is the duly appointed representative of the Emperor on Deralia, treat him as you would the Emperor himself"

| "Charmed I am sure, I am sure we shall get on famously" spoke Ribaldequin "Naturally I am here as an Imperial Official, and I do not intend to question the present succession to the Deralian throne, thus you should not consider me a threat to your own authority on that count. Simply see me as the embodiment of the Imperial State and we ought to get along famously."

| He nodded to Ribaldequin upon his entrance. He glanced at him for a moment longer, then returned his attention to the Moff, staring for a moment. "That is odd... I was not aware of any humans living on Tammuz-an. I'm curious who fed you such inaccurate information. Also, I believe only four months ago you told Senator Veritas that you were moving the sector capital to Shola, favoring it due to its uninhabited nature and central location. I believe you also said you despise showing favoritism, thus your choice of such a world, and yet now you are saying that you are moving to Tammuz-an," he shook his head, before going on. "I find this behavior eccentric, and a bit off-putting. If you can not hold respect for me, that is fine. I understand that your generation, despite the Clone Wars not being more than a decade over, has little to no understanding of birth-born contributors to the war effort that gave birth to the Empire. That I can not hold against you. But blatantly lying to a man who is considered perhaps the closest thing to a friend of the Emperor himself in Senator Veritas, is most troubling. Of course I could have the wrong impression and please, feel free to correct me on any inaccuracies regarding what you told Senator Veritas. You'll have to forgive me if I seem confrontational on this matter, but I absolutely despise misinformation... old habit from the Navy," he said, easing up slightly, for now waiting until later to address Ribaldequin otherwise.

| "I have visited personally, and naturally there is a human population there, every world has a certain population of humans. As I say the decision has been made, this is the Tammuz Sector, it would be frankly bizzare if my office was not located upon the Sector Capital. Unfortunately the surveys of Shola appeared to indicate that it would not be cost effective to place a significant infrastructure there. When I have new information I adjust my position accordingly. What do you do Mr Aurelius?" Levi nodded his head for a moment making a note abour Deralius. "Anyway, you are moving precious close to insubordination. Please be aware that I will dismiss you from this meeting if there is another such outburst. Bear in mind who you are speaking to, I am not one of your peons, or even your equal, but your superior, your Moff, and I will not be called eccentric by a petty feudal official from an outer rim world of little concequence. The placement of the Sector Office is not a matter of concequence to you, certainly nothing you have the right to question. Imperial Authority here will be maintained by Governor Ribaldequin, you will not be short of law." "Moving on, Mr Aurelius... despite your world taking.. weeks off for some bacchanalian feudal celebration, we will be expecting your worlds tax contribution to be in line with what it would be before upwards of 4% of your yearly economic output was wasted. I will hold you personally responsible for this particular tax. In addition to this there will naturally be charges by the Sector Office for the recognition of your rule, a coronation tax etc, but my bureaucrats will speak to yours to iron out costs. In future all major decisions, such as the appointment of a new monarch will be run past the governor." He nodded to Ribaldequin.

| Ribaldequin stood and bowed momentarily, taking from a box infront of him a registered duplicate of the Emperor's Seal. A holocamera in the roof clicking on silently to make sure there was evidence of the oath. "Kneel" the young man commanded, taking the seal and holding it in both hands before him. "You will kiss the seal, then repeat after me I (insert name) do solemnly promise and swear to rule the Peoples of Deralia according to the laws and customs of the Empire, in subservience to the rightful authority of the Emperor and his duly appointed Moffs, Governors and other representatives. I further pledge allegiance to the Emperor and his duly appointed heirs and sucessors. I will use my power to cause Law and Justice, in Mercy, to be executed in all my judgements. I will execute the collection of taxes as instructed. All this I promise to do. The things which I have here before promised, I will perform, and keep. This I promise in the name of a self derived moral system. Long live the Emperor."

And yes, taxes will be collected irregardless, and you will find that despite the time off for the celebrations, our dues are in order. I will alert my Treasury officials to prepare for the discussion with your own, concerning the additional taxes. Now, is there anything you will be needing of my government in your relocation to Tammuz-an?" he said, giving him a smile and tone of pleasantness.

| "No, I think relocation is all organised. I will be withdrawing my vessels too, Governor Ribaldequin may call upon the Sector Fleet as and when he chooses for aid. I am informed fairly regular training exercises are planned close to your world, but you would also be well advised to look to your own defenses. I am fully confident Governor Ribaldequin will be a just and wise Governor. Thank you for attending this meeting today, I wish you luck in your reign. You may go."
