Governor Sternbeater is duly appointed the military Governor of the Chuzalla System, he is to be assigned such troops and vessels as he requires from the Imperial Sector Force in order to re-impose order. The Carriers "Divine Right" and "Human" have been deployed to the system to aid his operation. The Moff has full confidence that this action will be successful in imposing order.

On Tammuz-an the Sector Moff has moved his office to its traditional place on the Sector Capital. He has promised additional protections for the human residents of that world, with plans proposed to exempt them from local law in favour of the Planetary Governor's Court, when asked, the Moff was quoted as saying "We are humans and they are aliens, it is inappropriate that humans should be forced to obey the laws of aliens which are in many cases inappropriate for the human". Various other requirements have been imposed requiring separate facilities for humans and aliens.

The new tax regime has improved the sectors profitability by 30%, bringing it into the top 50% of worlds for profitability to the Imperial Crown in the Outer Rim, the Tax Receipts have been eagerly received by the Imperial Treasury, and no doubt this show of loyalty will be recognised by the crown. There were some small and disorganized protests in some areas in the outlying parts of the Sector, but these have quickly ceased as the new taxation regime has not hit standards of living.

The Imposition of the Imperial Labour Corps on Deralia has resulted in a 50% reduction in the level of unemployment benefit claimed, with 95% of the long term unemployed now having been taken off of benefits with the introduction of this new system. The system has been a boost to the economy in many areas, creating a sense of loyalty and unity as Imperial Citizens. Empowering citizens who were formerly unemployed, living in slums to work on an arcology which will make Deralia a center of business across the Rim, providing work for all, disabled or able, young or old. From each according to is ability to each according to his need. The project has a broad spectrum of support across the sector and on Deralia from all classes. Worker satisfaction is also high.

There is a plan to implement an easing of taxation on businesses in the Sector in order to encourage growth in the next quarter, with a likely deduction being 20% of business rates.

The RA Arcology has stimulated significant interest, with office and production space having been booked by many Regional and Galactic Level companies seeking a base in the Sector, with jobs predicted across the sector as a result. In addition to this, the "Deralian Hights Hotel" planned for the top section of the arcology will be the highest planetary hotel in the region. In addition to this the production and repair location for all Blasters and Lasers used by the Sector Military is to be located in the Arcology, creating an estimated 15,000 jobs.

Waste deposition has begun on Deralia in the polar regions, with 90% of waste being recycled. The remaining waste will be stored in the cold arctic conditions atop the thick pack ice. This frozen waste will be stored carefully in compliance with all Imperial Regulations on waste management, and will regularly be sprayed with water, causing it to be safely encased in thick ice, and posing no danger to the environment.

A small penal colony is to be opened on Chola, in order to prospect for potential precious metals there, and to experiment with the use of new cheaper types of Survival equipment.

Governor Ribaldequin Augustus is to be commended for his dutiful service thus far by the Sector Secularist Association, for making tough decisions that may not be popular with all, but are needed in order to create a profitable and Imperial Society which is not cowed by the cowled tyranny of demons, gods or any who would set themselves above the Emperor in the people's affection.
