Ja’nar would continue to walk with Tremaine as she listens to him speak, she would shake her head no at his question “No, but what I have something working for me that you do not have. When I speak out in the senate when the others are being unreasonable, most just shake their heads and think to themselves ‘silly woman’. I know many of the others think that way and I am fine with that, it angers me but if I am allowed to speak my mind and my planet is not punished for it, it’s not that bad of a thing at times. After all, it’s a well proven medical fact that women have smaller brains than men do.” She would glance to him, a playful little smile tugging at the corner of her lips. Her eyes sparkling with a playfulness that usually got the young queen in trouble with her advisors and guards.

Ja’nar would remain with him as she guided him through the library, a smile on her face, “I always enjoyed history, when I was little my tutors said that I excelled and even at the boarding school I did well, until I was about 14” she would shrug her shoulders a bit, 14 was when everything changed in her life, her mother threw herself off of one of the high towers in the palace complex, her uncle from a distant providence came to rule until Ja’nar reached the age of 18, there was just far too much happening, school was the last thing the young woman had on her mind. “I am not saying that, though I am sure that it can and does happen. What I am saying is that anyone can be a historian. Things are changing so rapidly within the galaxy and with the increase of technology even a child can capture events and post them on the holonet. Information is at our finger tips, news, galactic affairs, things will always get twisted, and it’s called propaganda.

She would smile once more as she nodded her head “perhaps, it is a place were I can just be myself for a little while. I am not the Queen of Garos, or the Senator. I am just Ja’nar with my family. My guards would bring me down here when I was upset, when my mother was far too busy to deal with me and would read stories to him, wonderful stories about princesses, thieves, rouges, and monsters. We would have such adventures here. It was in many ways my safe place, my hide away from everything else.” She would glance to him once more “I’m sure you understand how that is, to have a place where you can just forget about everything for a little while and be yourself.”

The Senator chuckled, "I suppose that's possible. Your beauty does help the case." That was a joke, and probably a bad one if Ja'nar does take it personal. Then his stance turned serious, "The problem with that is, they're just looking down at you. I know I'm not supposed to be saying this, but the society nowadays look down at Non-Humans, women, among several that deemed different toward the Imperial policies." Tremaine was speaking as if he doesn't approve the way the Imperials run things in the galaxy, but he wasn't about to go all-out on the Imperial Senate. He figured they were just puppets, playing along the strings of the Grand Vizier and the Emperor himself.

Tremaine decided to drop the topic and went right to the history part. He kept nodding lightly as he listen in to Ja'nar, and the nodding was also in agreement. "Indeed. I would have to agree with you on this. The problem with that is...it's getting harder and harder to see what morals and values should be taught and not be taught. For that reason alone, there has been a lot of fighting in the recent years. The Clone Wars, and now the rebel factions fighting to stop the Empire from continuing their rule of the galaxy."

The Telosian smiled when she mentioned that there is a place where a person just forget everything for a while and be self. "Definitely. Everyone has that place. Mine is all the way back at Telos IV, which I haven't been to in a while. I've been busy travelling all over the galaxy for my company and, of course, the usual Senatorial duties."

Ja’nar would smile to him brightly “It is my secret weapon actually, my dashing good looks and a sweet smile usually melts the hearts of the hardest politician at least here on Garos, the Imperial Center is a different story though, I rarely have time to mingle with others, it’s a bit sad actually.” She would shrug her shoulders “I do not mind non-humans, and Garos will never follow the Empire’s policies regarding them. We are a free thinking people, we do not blindly follow others. We never have, and never will. When a ruler is out of line, the council steps in and takes over, it happened before with my mother towards the end of her reign though the system failed horribly when my uncle ruled” she would shrug her shoulders slightly as she looked around before her eyes fell on him once more “We teach what we feel is right. We form schools the push the values that are pure and good. We teach our children to think for themselves, to know right from wrong. It is not only the responsibilities of each planet’s government but that of the parents to make sure our children are not taught such hatred.” Ja’nar was passionate about education she was also passionate about children. They were the future, and she was hoping for a bright and beautiful future, void of the current stresses “I want to leave my son in control of a planet that is not tainted by the hate mongering policies of the Empire and I will not allow it to happen while I am alive.”

Ja’nar would shake her head “sorry for my little rant” she would let out a sigh as she moved towards the window, a darkness was coming that no one was prepared for, she could feel it in her bones, she knew the winds were shifting. “I am sorry, perhaps you should make a plan to go home, to relax. It is in times like these that a day off does wonders.”

The Telosian couldn't help but keep on smiling when she smiled. She was such a beautiful and sweet woman, after all. "Indeed. The politicians on the Imperial Center does seem cold, unlike the people I work with on Telos IV. It does seem sad, actually. Most politicians nowadays only seek to advance for the sake of their own profits." The Senator would let out a sigh, feeling that he has something personal to add to the critics of the Imperial Human High Culture. "Some of the most interesting people I've met are Non-Humans and women. I've become close to some of them, even though there were Human High Culture in effect." He just figured that if she doesn't mind mingling with people different from her, then she wouldn't mind him doing the same neither.

Tremaine tilted his head, "Sounds like your government are based on Monarchial democracy." That was indeed interesting to him, most planets usually have monarchy or democracy. He had never seen a such government except Naboo before. The more the beautiful woman speak, the more she sounded like she was against the Empire. She didn't realize she was speaking to the leader of a secret rebellion. At the moment, he wasn't sure if he should tell her about his secret job. For now, he decided to adopt a supportive role toward Ja'nar.

The Senator watched her as she walked toward the window, "I don't mind it at all. It's refreshing for me to talk to someone with such free-thinking for once. A lot of people I know in the Senate are afraid that if they say a wrong word, they'll be stowed away on suspicions of treason." Tremaine moved a step forward, "It's always nice to have a day off. However, I do not need it...at least not a while. Besides, I still have unfinished businesses." The Telosian had cleared his threat before speaking again, "You look like you need someone to talk to. I'm here if you ever need to talk."
