Unfortunately, none of this happened. This Azure Durasteel Foundry was run (on a day to day basis) exclusively by Droids. The only humans to be found in the facility were the command department who sat in a large and well armed and computerised command center in one side of the facility. This control room contained thirty operators, three foremen and a manager and assistant manager, assuring monitoring of all workers at all times. The whole facility was monitored by closed circuit cameras which would have recognized any unauthorised individuals or droids in the factory. Access to the Control Sector was strictly available to authorized personnel only and access was controlled by individual codes and a retina scan. Security Droids moved around the facility checking any problems which occured on the CCTV cameras or via motion detection.

Access to individual terminals required an individual log on (requiring insertion of an individual logon chip) and fingerprint scan and would automatically log off if an individual left their seat (detected by a weighing mechanism on the seat which would also log out of the person's weight changed), in addition to a logout if the individual was inactive for more than 30 seconds. As for the droids, they were not easily bribed.

If an individual did stand up, to go to the bathroom he would have notify the foreman who would re-allocate his monitoring to either an automated system or himself who would take over monitoring as the individual logged off, any fraudulent attempt to log on to his console would be seen by others in the control room and stopped. The system was naturally also replete with a number of digital defense systems to prevent unauthorized droids or computers logging on to the network, in addition to passwords and firewall checks which were immune to brute force attacks by means of an autolock system engaged on 3 failed login attempts.

Within the facility unauthorised droids or humans were quickly picked up and removed. Any employees found to be guilty of "Crimes Against Industry" were liable to the death penalty (by flogging), so any existing employee was unlikely to give his login code to anyone (and besides it required his finger and ID login.). If any operator did attempt an unsafe action it would require the approval of a foreman and member of management to action, requiring the filling out of a form to explain why this action should be taken.

Coolant was carefully regulated, and multiple failsafe systems existed for each and every system in order to provide coverage in the event of even severe natural disasters without damaging service. Failsafes also ensured shutdown if there was any form of accident which could not be maintained by the coolant leak which was severe enough to compromise the system.

Thus if an individual or droid attempted to shut down any safety system, flags would be raised immediately and the action would require foremanly and management approval. A form would need to be filled out and signed in triplicate by all three in order to approve it, and it could only be approved if it was in line with the rules laid down in the "Azure Durasteel Book of Safety Regulations" relating to coolant shutdowns. In the event that a shutdown caused an accident, all three would be liable to dismissal from employment, deportation and criminal proceedings.

(Also, I dont think grappling devices for crucibles need coolant.)
