Nar Shaddaa, the largest planet of filth and crime in the outer rim, only second to the under levels of Coruscant in the Core Worlds. Qual though had business here, and thanks to his caution, no one even knew what he looked like. He was sure that the Libs had him dealing with their second in command, not wanting to put their leader in danger. Of course he could understand this and often at times even sent others. Yet with this he was lucky, knowing whom he would be speaking with. He smirked lightly as he stepped into the bar where the meeting would take place, his eyes scanning the room until he found a back booth in the corner. He kept his guard up as he slowly approached the booth, taking his time as he walked around the cantina first before sliding into the shadows.

Indeed, Nar Shaddaa was such a dangerous place. One of the most dangerous place in the galaxy, if not the most. The moon also has a trait that most planets and moons do not have: making it easy for a person or an organization to hide. The moon also has something else that's presented an advantage to the Libs. The moon isn't under jurisdiction of the Empire. It's under jurisdiction of the Hutt Cartel. The place is equally dangerous as being placed on an Imperial territory, but the Hutts aren't looking for the Libs or any other rebel factions. It's also easy to nab a smuggler should the Libs need one. Hence the nickname, Smuggler's Moon.

Mika decided to dress herself as a bounty hunter, sporting a couple of blaster pistols attached on the belt she had on her. In addition to that, a blaster rifle was on her hands. She wore leather pants and a jacket, in addition to a bandana tied around her head. To be specific, the blaster pistols were A43 Hushabye blasters. The blaster rifle were a modified version of a GLX Firelance. This was popular among the bounty hunter, and she had to make herself look like one. Especially if she was going to meet with "Mr. Friend" inside The Burning Deck, one of the popular spots for bounty hunters on the Smuggler Moon.

The Burning Deck was inside the Corellian Sector of Nar Shaddaa, some distance away from the Refugee Sector though. While Nar Shaddaa is the type of place where you can hide easily, it's best to do transactions somewhere not close by to her business front for the Libs. She had finally entered the bar, scanning the area for the sign of "Mr. Friend." It proved fruitless, however. Because she did not know what he looked like, she would move to the counter. Taking out a few credits for the bartender to hit her with a couple shots of Corellian brandy. It had a strong kick, but far less to get her drunk.

The next thing the lady did was moving casually toward the booth. Mika the bounty hunter had a tendency to slip into the booth. To everyone inside the bar, she was simply a bounty hunter thirsty for information. This was her way of getting attention, yet at the same time, letting everyone know not to bother her unless they had information. Useful information. The supposed bounty hunter would sit down on a chair, waiting for "Mr. Friend" to come to her.

Qual noticed the young woman as he watched her. Waiting patently until she sat down, his eyes focusing on her as he studied her movements. He quietly spoke up as he leaned forward, the shadows still keeping most of his figure hidden, the details at least. The aspect though of his larger frame showing in the shadows as his voice came out in a gravely tone, much like how a selkath would speak, yet his words came out in basic.

"Mr. Friend will not be arriving for the meeting. He is a cautious man, and as such, he wishes to keep his face and identity hidden from those that would seek to come after him. I hope you understand, then again, I've notice that the Libs havent sent their leader to deal with me either."

Many wouldnt believe that Qual, the one sitting there was the actual Mr. Friend, then again how could they when no one had seen Mr. Friends face. Of course this was the tactic, there was something to say about being subtle, rather than jumping up and down waving your arms around like that fat slug Jamie the Hutt did.

Indeed, "Mr. Friend" had an advantage that the secret leader of the rebellion does not have. The guy isn't as well-known, far less known actually. All of sudden, Mika had heard a Selkath-like accent but it came out Basic. She chuckled lightly, "Of course. Please do come in." That was all Mika would say, waiting for the shadowy figure to come into the booth. She had never seen his species before, but she wouldn't be so alarmed about it. Unlike the Imperials that had imposed Human High Culture upon the rest of the galaxy, she had made herself a friend among several non-Human species. In fact, most of them are within the rebellion. "Our leaders are similar in this: Being in constant wary of being captured by the Empire. I am sure you know it's necessary." The aide would grin lightly, indicating she was ready to move on to a different subject.

"Now, on to the transaction..."

"Yes, the transaction, Mr. Friend has an interest in opening new path ways to friends. Of course he seeks fair compensation for his time, as well as all future transactions of the Libs when they seek out military weapons and technology. Of course he may ask a favor in the long run, yet for the moment the Fat Slug on Dantooine will have to wait for Mr. Friend's reaction to his boasts and false threats." Qual had sat back against the wall that the booth sat against, his form was dark, yet the outline shown that he was much larger than what a selkath should be in height. His hand touched one of the tendrils on his face as he slowly stroked it in a similar matter, more of a habit he had as he thought on what he would say next.

The lady raised her eyebrows, and studied the Selkath-like guy for a moment. "Of course, he will receive compensation for every single transaction there's going to be between my brethrens and him." She used her left hand to reach from under the table, bringing out a suitcase. Thus placing it on the table, "The encryption code is 825017693. If you put in a wrong code, it'll explode. This is necessary to ensure the transaction do not fall in wrong hands. Yes. we are that cautious." Mika would then move to talk about this Fat slug. "I'm assuming you're referring to Jamie the Hutt?"

Qual looked to the young woman before looking back to the case as he put in the code, the clicking of the locks signaling its opening as he looked inside, finding his payment. "Yes, Jamie the Hutt, for the moment I'll have to leave that slug sitting on his spineless ass." Qual closed the case as he locked it once more, bringing his wrist up as he pressed a few buttons to open a small compartment on his arm, setting in the code before he closed it. "Now then, I believe I owe you something in return." Qual slid out of the booth as he looked to the woman, "please follow me." He slowly turned as he walked towards a back door, knocking on it before it opened to reveal a hidden hanger.

Mika simply got up, following the man out of the booth. The pair were heading for a back door, there has to be something behind the door. It's pretty obvious to her by now, that it's something the Libs would be able to use pretty well. Most likely weapons, and a small gesture goes a long way toward a good relationship between a rebel faction and an arms dealer. Then she'd notice that there was a hangar hidden away. The lady opted not to say anything, waiting for the guy to make his move.

He stayed in the shadows as he approached a set of cases sitting in the hanger. One small sitting next to the large case as he looked back. "I believe I promised these for you." He opened the cases to reveal the PLX Missile tubes and a case of Thermal Detonators. "I also brought these." He opened another case to reveal a few Anti-Vehicles mines as well as a handful of DC-17 Interchangable weapons systems. Each of them still in perfect condition as he looked to her. "I know its more than what I offered before, yet I thought it was needed to ensure a good relation between our two groups."

Mika continued to follow the man in the shadows until they had come upon a set of cases. There were a lot of different weapons that would be very useful to the Libs. After listening and looking at every cases that contained different weaponry, she looked up. "Thank you, I am certain the Libs will appreciate your gesture. This would go a long way toward inflicting some damage upon the Empire. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there's any future business to be done between our groups."

Mika would make a mental note of getting a few people from "job placement agency" to come over and bring those cases in. She wouldn't use the comlink until the Selkath-like man leaves the proximity because well...it's rude to talk on comlink in front of company.

He nodded as he walked to each of the cases before pointing out a final thing. "Press this button here, and do not press it again until you're at a secure location." He showed the hidden button on the side as he looked to her. Hitting each one as a secret panel slid over each of the weapons to covered them, hidding them and making it look like it was a shipment of simple paperwork being sent from one office to another. "There is a couple settings, the top will camoflauge to anything that you'll find useful to keep the true contents hidden." Qual nodded to her before he turned as he stepped onto a large boarding ramp, the roof of the hanger slowly opening before the star shuttle slowly lifted off and become lost in the many other ships that crossed Nar Shadda before the roof closed.

The lady nodded and proceeded as was instructed. She went over to each case and press the button, hearing the panel sliding over to cover each one. The aide nodded at the man, as she saw him walk up the ramp. A moment later, she heard an engine roar. She'd move away, out of the way so the shuttle would go on its way. That was the moment she turned on the comlink, and it was on an encrypted channel by the way. She had told the "agency" to send over a couple of speeders and a few guys to load the cases on and bring them in.

Mika would remain until the men arrived, and they would do their job. Then the lady got on one of the speeders and took off to their front.
