At long last, due to uninterrupted work and relative safety, the Cardan-II-class station near Monor II was completed. A crack team of scientists and brilliant minds from a number of places were shuttled in under the watchful eyes of the DSF vessels. It was here that that, along with their supporting personnel and plenty of samples of cirrifog, would begin attempting to synthesize the odd mineral for the purpose of aiding and assisting Monor II and its productivity. It was likely to be a decently long process, but they had time, and they were well within their right of location. The promise of a peaceful aid to Monor II and its populace came with this station, and the scientists on board quickly fell to their work.Added (13 Aug 2011, 1:00 Am)

Quite some time had passed, and good progress was being made by the scientists. The cirrifog, it seemed, was quite able to be synthesized under certain conditions. It was the question of these conditions that was under review, as well as tanks large enough to hold the process for the growth. Monor II's atmosphere would need to be replicated and so for now, the station awaited the arrival of several transports bearing the cylindrical containers in which the cirrifog would be grown.
