Above Embaril an Super Transport VI waited to carry off the people of Embaril who were Cronese. The ship had arranged a small escort from the Allied Tionese Sector Fleet which stood by quietly as shuttles ferried back and forth the Cronese "hardliners" who wished to return home to the Cronese Mandate. This huge transport, able to carry thousands of freighters had been rigged up with crude atmosphere and heating systems so that it could now carry many tens of thousands of people if they wished to go.

Some people came, but vastly fewer than one might expect, in reality less than 3% of the people on Embaril truly saw themselves as Cronese to the point of wishing to leave Embaril, as such they did not mostly take the offered citizenship (as they saw no reason to leave jobs, family and friends for the uncertain prospects of the Cronese Mandate).

In total, of the planetwide population of around 10,000,000 less than 20,000 decided to leave for the Mandate and so quickly packed what they could carry and boarded the transport.

Waiting at the Border of the Cronese Mandate was the 101st Cronese Fleet, headed by The Black Flag a Vindicator Class Heavy Cruiser that was waiting the arrival of the vessel carrying the Cronese citizens that decided to leave Embaril behind. Those that did decide to leave would already have new homes waiting for them on the various planets of the Mandate for them to pick from. With the vast majority of inhabited planets in the Mandate, there wasn't a single shortage of land to provide the new citizens of the Mandate a place to live and work.

They were all allowed to leave, the ship would drop the people off with the Cronese representatives at the fleet, transferring them over to do a few more runs, bringing a few thousand more over the next few days. The ship did nothing hostile and did not attempt to cause any trouble, simply ridding the planet of the Cronese underclass who had been popularly hated for the last generation.

Celebrations were held in their houses after they were gone. In the end the Earl hired a pair more transports and the entire Cronese population was allowed to leave from their tenancies and taken back to the Mandate if they wished to - however, only around 10% left.

The 101st Fleet would remain on hand to receive and greet the new Mandate citizens to their new homes. Once the last ship carrying the last Cronese citizen arrived from Embaril they would depart for a transfer station that would see to the new citizens, allowing them to pick their new home, as well as being given honors, titles and fortunes that matched their ability to trace their family lines back to the Kingdom of Cron. Once the new citizens were recorded, other vessels would be standing by to transport them across Mandate space to their new homes and estates that had been granted to them, as well as various job openings with in the government and other well known establishments across Mandate space to quickly get them up and on their feet.

As the last Super Freighter took the last ones to the Mandate, a droid accidentally activated the emergency door opening button. The main doors slid open on the freighter as it reached Cronese Mandate space, venting 10,000 Cronese Expatriots into deep space. A tragic accident but unfortunately it was just that, the load, mostly young men, caused many of the Cronese who had already left to be instantly killed in the void of space.

Upon investigation, all signs would point to an accident.
