((For those unaware, <<>> means the characters are speaking in Mando'a. For the most part, I use this method to keep the post readable, where necesarry and/or possible, rather than leaving possible readers uninterested by having to go off and translate.))

Above Haruun Kal, an AIAT/i Gunship dropped out of hyperspace. It wasted no time, as the vessel was immediately at full throttle. The only forces capable of detecting them, or even wanting to, were the right people. The Empire has orbitally bombarded the planet into submission in the early days of its reign, with the locals fleeing persecution and the Empire wiping away accessable knowledge. For all intents and purposes, Haruun Kal, like so many other worlds, no longer existed. It in fact "wouldn't" for several decades, until the Empire's reign had ceased, and its natives had returned and joined the far off Galactic Alliance. Today, however, Jabo'a and Rao'si, sitting in the pilot and co-pilot chairs respectively, and Val'ore and Alina in the passenger seats, all stared at a world scarred by the tyrannical hand of the Empire. It was sights like these that were slowly transforming the four into those who believed only total war could bring the Empire down.

It was a view perhaps in conflict with the group they were now joining up with. For now, the Mandalorians laid scattered, and no one was able to put up a fight against the Empire. This group ended up being the only way they could respectably fight the Empire, and potentially bring assets home from. Thus, they would begin their time with the Libs. They were to act as military advisors and trainers at Haruun Kal. The first priority, it seemed, to recovering from their loss on Molavar was to receive proper training. It was the first rule in warfare; never go into battle with untrained troops. They may be vets and mercs, but clashing training and idealologies would not do, and cause the fracturing under pressure the Libs had seen thus far, as well as disorganization. He would change that. The forces from Haruun Kal would be transformed into a shock unit.

Rao'si was the first to speak. <<Captain, what the hell are we doing here and not on Mandalore? Or better yet, Concord Dawn?>>, to which Jabo'a smiled. <<Easy, Rao'si. There isn't anything we can do back home. Not with us fighting each other as much as we fight the Empire. With them, we can fight the Empire, and actually make a difference. Eventually, we'll be able to take our homes back from the Empire, through working with the infidels.>> he spoke with assurance. After some moments of silence, as they began to enter the atmosphere, Val'ore spoke as well, startling everyone, as it was rare for him to do so. <<It is fitting that we are coming to such a fractured and broken world, to work towards liberating and rebuilding our people. This world is as if staring into the Mandalorian soul.>> he said. It was perhaps the best statement that could be made of the situation, and a cause for reflection by all four. The trials they would face here, would only prepare them for the future.

It wasn't long before they were landing at the Libs base, although it seems quite longer due to the silence. Still quiet, all four stood up and walked into the hold, where they would put on their complete sets of armor and preferred weapons loadouts. Following this, the ramp would drop, and the four fully armed and armored Mandalorians would step out into the harsh environment of Haruun Kal, and into their new roles. Jabo'a, with the other following him, in fact, waited at the bottom of the ramp, for a Lib officer to greet him.

Haruun Kal was a good choice of place for a hidden base of operations. Indeed, the planet had faced combat for such a long time. Two separate groups of natives had fought each other for a long time, and only intensifies when the Clone Wars had engulfed the entire galaxy. Then the planet had been wiped off the face of the galaxy, reducing the native population drastically. The only reason the Libs had managed to find out about this planet was because their secret leader had been to the planet. Borrowing an idea from the Mandalorians, he thought this particular planet would be a nice way to constantly test the soldiers' way of life. But with a team of Mandalorian warriors' arrival, they would only serve to turn the freedom fighters into organized, elitist warriors that the Empire would come to fear. This is what the people running the rebellion want to happen.

With the secret leader not ready to reveal his true identity yet, and Mika Jeebs being on Nar Shaddaa as usual, it falls to an experienced soldier by the name of Lieutenant Colonel Spade to keep the base in one piece. Every single member of the resistance knew how to shoot, but only a few knew how to shoot effectively. The majority of experienced ones sacrificed their lives in fending the Imperial forces off at Molavar, aka the SPALs. There were no SPALs remaining, and the only advanced fighters the Libs have are Baird and his men, Jedi Knights Havoc and Thanatos, a pilot on the rise Ben Amir, and now Mereel and his team. All that would change. The lieutenant colonel was a good friend of the boss man, and had fought in several small skirmishes during the Clone Wars.

"Our new friends have arrived, sir!" A private shouted out at the commanding officer of the base, the radar had detected the gunship's arrival long before their descent for the atmosphere. The Lieutenant Colonel nodded, and walked out of the command center. The man would make his way toward the landing bay. Spade had mixed feelings about bringing the Mandalorians into this fight. He didn't mind the Jedi or Baird's Roughnecks, but the Mandalorians? It was great that they were helping out and all, but they have a tendency to take the training to the extreme and he doesn't know how the inexperienced fighters would respond. The man had a receding brown-reddish hair, as if he was losing hair from all the stress. A little bulky, but fit for combat. A thick moustache, with an A280 blaster rifle strapped around his shoulders and the rifle in his right hand and leaning on his right shoulder. This particular appearance was an indication of a man that prefer to do stuffs the old-fashioned way.

Spade would spot Mereel and his men, begrudingly approached the group. A voice would be heard, an accent that were Corellian. "Welcom' to our base, men. I'm Lieutenant Colonel Spade. Want to get a look around before you break your boots in, huh?"

The Mandalorians were emotionless, expressionless. Their helmets, of course made it this way, but the disturbing fact was that they were so underneath the helmet. He was taught, and thus all of them were, that even though one was wearing a helmet, to act as if it were not there. There was no body, only the armor... cold... emotionless... calculating... unbreaking. Alina was the only one with trouble with the concept, not that he minded one bit; she acted as their collective conscious. The other three, they could honestly shoot an infant in the head without hesitation. It was this mentality, this ferociousness that was being brought to the Libs. And it was Jabo'a's goal to engrain it into the Libs here. It was time for this resistance movement to grow a backbone... to become feared. In order to fight the Empire, one had to become something the Empire itself feared. He wasn't sure if their leader knew what exactly he was asking, but by the time he was done, the men at this base would be a far different force.

He observed the man walking towards them. He clearly had some kind of issue with them; good. Conflict, in any form, strengthened a man, and he was sure to come into conflict with Jabo'a. "We'll take your tour," he responded, his modulated voice doing nothing to lessen the thick Concord Dawn accent of his voice. He wasn't sure himself what the Libs would even think, seeing a group of Mandalorians. From what he knew, the bulk of the Libs forces were Clone Wars veterans, at least among the veterans that had joined up, many of which likely fought against Mandalore the Resurrector and his forces in the Clone Wars. One would soon see the reactions, as Spade led the four Mandalorians through the base.
