The Viridian Sky dropped out of hyperspace within the Kol Huro System. A recognized vessel, it was unmolested as it maneuvered. On the bridge, Stark watched for a long moment before departing to his personal ship. "Inform the freighter captains I will be arriving shortly."

The trio of BFF-1 freighters were in stationary orbit for the time, awaiting Stark's final check. As his transport departed the yacht, it was joined in formation by five escort vessels; his Shadowguard. From here, they would move for the inspection and with everything accounted for, they would depart for Carida and the testing.

As the Viridian Sky arrived in the Kol Huro system, another vessel was just leaving. Far smaller than Stark's heavily-modified luxury cruiser, the Starrunner-class starship Remember Vinsoth was easy to miss. Winton Kory was okay with that. He'd finished his three-day reconnoiter of the system and had been cleared to depart for Kelm. Engine trouble was his excuse for landing on Kol Huro II, a bar that was favored by the local workers was his excuse to visit Kol Huro III while the repairs were underway, and the expense of importing a replacement part from Kelm was his excuse to leave the Kol Huro system for Kelm itself. During this time, he'd recorded a treasure trove of data on the Imperial forces in the system and targets of opportunity on the planets Kol Huro II and III. Always one to mix business and pleasure, he'd also picked up a nasty hangover. He was glad the trip to Kelm was a couple of days in realspace; time enough for him to sleep it off.

He noted the presence the Viridian Sky and thought nothing of it at the time. The name Alyn Stark didn't mean much to him. But he'd get the info back to New Holstice nonetheless. Perhaps Tomson or Varos would find it of use. For his part, Kory leaned back in the pilot's chair, his hands behind his head and his feet on the instrument panel, and closed his eyes. The Kol Huro system was behind him. It had been the easy part. The hard part lay dead ahead.

Three days was a wealth of information indeed. Had Kory stayed a full week or more he might well have seen the weekly change of forces in their rotation back to the Nord System, but for the Kol Huro System itself, it would be easy enough work to pick up thee fact that each world had a dedicated squadron of TIE fighters stationed for minor defense, but the true defense lay in the roving patrols.

The majority of the work was undertaken by a quartet of EF76 frigates that ranged throughout the system, while a single Carrack-class cruiser sat vigilant watch over each shipyard. Of course, while rotational duty took place in the Kol Huro System, Kelm was still the sector capitol.

Indeed, Stark did not notice the much smaller ship departing the system. His purpose was singular and the freighters, his priority. Doing a flyby from his own presently laden vessel, Stark was able to ensure all was well. Getting the convoy in order didn't take long, especially when Stark himself was running the show. Finally though, with engines thrumming their slow speed, the freighters began their trip away from the gravitational influence, with the war-yacht keeping pace. It would be touch and go with the time limit, but it would be still possible to make Carida.

And so with no further issues, Stark and his cargo jumped to hyperspace, inbound for Carida.
