| Setting the pen down upon his desk, Toben Domon reflected that, perhaps Khedive Thisst had been wrong; perhaps they'd both been wrong. Ever since Tremaine Fowlkes had come into his office that day so long ago and gotten the Sluissi senator thinking, he had discussed the idea with one being alone: the Khedive. Since then, so many things had occurred, from the Brentaalian works at Praesitlyn and the attacks to the numerous insults hurled towards the Sluissi, culminating in part with the bad publicity that had been gained towards all Sluissi from Ordan's poll so publicly stated in the Senate.
Nonetheless, Domon and Thisst had managed to place loyal Sluissi in a number of positions over the past year and a half. Starship crews. Station crews. While Sluis Van Shipyards itself was not included directly, a number of engineers were included in the plan. The orders being sent via personal courier to a dozen different people were the instigation of that plan. Sluis Van was taking back its own, and if all went well, the Imperial vessels in orbit and even the small platoons of stormtroopers on board the stations would not be enough to prevent the Sluissi from holding their world. The recently finished Golan-II stations would be instrumental in the plan, providing they could be well taken.
Calling for his courier, Domon took a deep breath and handed the documents over to the loyal Sluissi, sending him on his way. Utilizing the comm, Domon patched through to Khedive Thisst, informing him of what had been done. To Domon's knowledge, this would mean that Thisst would be issuing the orders to recall the sector defense fleet to assist at Sluis Van. While no plan went entirely according to the paper method, Domon could only keep his fingers crossed and hope.
