This following vessel would have been produced from the Sluis Van Shipyards prior to their takeover by the Empire and upgraded from time to time over the years. It is the solitary pirating ship owned by Lim Hejin and his band and acts as a smuggling base and so on.

lol, I notice that you studiously avoid mentioning the length of the ship, and I'm sure why, too. But it's okay, I'm not going to be as particular about vessel lengths as I was before. One thing though is that it seems the crew requirement would almost certainly have to be considerably higher. I'm not sure if you're including gunners in your total crew count, but with that many guns on it I think 18 is probably at least the number of gunners you would need even if we're assuming some automation here. The rest of it looks fine, except I'm a bit curious about the history of it. You implied to me in Messenger that the idea was Sluis Van had made this personally for Hejin. By the look of it, however, it would clearly be immensely expensive, and from the description of Hejin's organization so far it doesn't strike me that he'd be the sort of wealthy, respectable customer that a major shipyard like Sluis Van would personally contract with. Money can get you past that though, of course, and that's what really concerns me most—the presumably very large amount of money it would cost to build this ship.

If I could make a suggestion here; what if Njon the Hutt, who let's assume is Hejin's part time employer, fronted the money for Hejin to pay for the ship? It would be in Njon's interest in that he would want Hejin to have a ship that can get the job done, and, more cynically, it would put Hejin in Njon's debt for some time. That way, their arrangement could basically be that Hejin works for Njon part time to pay off the debt for his ship. Sort of an interesting background story, I think. But it's just a suggestion. Either way though, it seems like some explanation is in order for how Hejin could afford this.

I actually completely forgot the length portion. Haha. I gotta work on that. The money option I was considering different methods of working on, but I like your idea Jace, and it ties Hejin and Njon together quite nicely.
